This CVS saved the day. Had to get a PCR test on a long weekend and they not only fit me in right away, they also returned the result 36hrs later on a Sunday! I am impressed with the service there

They just don's seem to care about the customers or their needs - and this is the better of two CVS stores in Milledgeville, GA. They seem overworked and harried no matter what time of the day. No excuse for this type of service. None!

I called the pharmacy to get a medicine for my 76 year old father. They said that it would be ready at 12. Now, it want be ready till 2:00 . I asked can it be ready any sooner and her response was we are really busy and there are people in front of him with a rude attitude. There are others way to responses to this situation. She was rude and hung up on me. never us this pharmacy.

Store manage is Ray is awesome and very caring.

I’ve never had such a negative pharmacy experience. The staff are exceptionally rude and I will never be using this pharmacy again. I expect professionals to not act like I ruined their day when I call about my prescription.

The pharmacist and staff are rude. They shorted my son’s medication and accused me of mishandling his medication. He needs his medicine and they refused to help me or even listen to me. Every time I tried to talk, the pharmacist cut me off and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. It’s crazy how we never run out, but this month we were 5 pills short. I can deal the rude staff, but I expect better from a professional pharmacist.

The pharmacy is this place issue the a** in white coat tried to charge me money to put in his pocket while cause he refused to see his mistake and I don’t owe for medicines.. already gave out out dated birth control to my daughter and she got pregnant but this issue today I had to call my doctor and send medicine to another pharmacy when all he had to do was his job. This place needs better people in pharmacy cause they don’t have skills to deal with the issues at hand.

Don’t get your meds from here they can’t count or read. They’ve given me the wrong meds and not the full amount.

I've been using this pharmacy for about six months and I'm about to make the switch to N. Columbia. I can NEVER get anyone to pick up the phone when I call to talk to a pharmacist. I've had to wait far too long in the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions, even when I can clearly see there's someone working in there. They're rude and short when I talk to them either in the window or on the phone, and more than once they've hung up on me. Don't waste your time—just go to N. Columbia.

The pharmacy techs and pharmacist are VERY rude. They don't want to fill medications. They don't have any customer service skills or training. It's ashame they let such behavior gone on there. They should all be replaced. I stopped going there. The CVS on North Columbia St. is much better.
