Los Magueyes

One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in a while. My friend and I were warmly greeted and seated immediately. I ordered a drink from the bar, the tutti fruitti. It was quite good. I could taste the flavor of the drink without it being overpowered by the alcohol. And it was a pretty good size for a medium! But the food is what resonated with me!! I had beef taquitos (you can also get chicken) for an appetizer and chori pollo for my entree. My friend had the Texas house special minus the veggies. Everything was hot when brought out, portions were a good size (had to get to-go boxes) and tasted delicious. I will definitely be returning. Thanks Los Magueyes for a wonderful lunch!!

Great atmosphere, service and food portions. The steak fajitas with a side of jumbo shrimp really hit the spot for me. While my husband enjoyed his texan style steak. Everything was made as ordered , well seasoned and delicious. Food came out quick and hot. The cheese dip was amazing. We will definitely be back next time we are back at Lake Sinclair.

Wow . And if there was a bigger word, I'd use it. If you get Sergio to be your attendant, your lucky . He's reply good . I'm a pass threw kinda guy and boy Iwas impressed. The food. Was extravagant and the bathroom was so clean as everything in the facility . Sergio kept checking up on me and delivered all my demands . I wish a establishments was like this place . Props to the owner. 10 starts for this location.

In from out of town and found this wonderful place. We were greeted by Khalid who was friendly attentive and very helpful. The food was wonderful and hot, very flavorful. They didn’t try and reinvent the wheel just stayed true to the basics and did a great job. Again Khalid did an outstanding job and is a credit to this restaurant. Absolutely recommend

Great margaritas and taco salad. We were a large group and were served promptly and with a smile. Our group of 6 or more visits about once a week and we continue to be pleased with the bar, food and service.

My husband and in-laws come to this place whenever we visit them, and it never disappoints! Food is always great, and service is usually fast, even with a full house.

This small spot is the best Mexican casual food I have ever had. The quality was fantastic! The service was great. The prices were so affordable!

The food was so delicious!! Way better than we expected. Our server was great. So many places serve you then you never see them again til the check comes.

The service was excellent. Super friendly and pretty perfectly timed. The food was great. We had fajitas and a chicken quesadilla with cheese dip and Texas margaritas. All was very tasty. We sat in the patio area and it was excellent. Everyone wore masks and was well spaced out.

I've been there a couple of times and takeout a couple more, I world hope ONE DAY to get a chalupa that wasn't soggy and the tamale that equal meat to massage. The chicken tacos are VERY dry, the grilled chicken is better.

Literally drive past 3 other Mexican places to get here. 100% worth it. Good prices, great food, super friendly staff

Where I live there are many mexican restaurants but by far,this is the best restaurant mexican food I have had in a long time! Keep up the good work!!

This place had an authentic vibe. They had free chips and salsa that was served right away! Food was tasty. We ordered Texan fajitas and Texan house special. Both of these were great the only thing was that the onions were a bit too charred but that didn’t overwhelm the overall taste. I really liked margorona drink! It was huge and creative! Service was great too even though it was busy. Overall great Mexican place!

In town from Macon for an appointment and decided to try this place out. It did not disappoint. Might have been one of the best chili rellenos I’ve ever had. It was the entire pepper and not just a little slice on the bottom. I had beef and my dad had chicken and both were excellent. The beans tasted so authentic, like they were cooked in an iron skillet.

Food was good and came out fast😇, but waitress seemed in a hurry but never came back to us. I had to ask a waiter to get me another coke. My Aunt asked another waitress to bring us to go boxes.

Their food.. your palate is left wanting more. Service is better than any around, in my opinion. The atmosphere, if you want slow (service) pace with dim lights (low visibility of your entree, server, cleanliness:\
etc., Its not the place you. And parking is easy and convenient access.

Please. Show them some love. Amazing food, kind and respectful staff, and food gets to you in a timely manner.
