We worked with Leigh Peters on our kitchen project and he did not disappoint. He was very knowledgeable on the cabinets and design. He made us feel like we were important and the customer service was excellent.

Got in early and out of there fast. (I pulled and loaded everything myself)I can remember a time when you could go in the store and employees were willing to help you pull and load lumber. Nowadays they look like they go the other way instead of lending you a hand that's okay sometimes but with long lumber it can be extremely dangerous when handling it yourself. Just saying, it should be someone to help pull and load lumber. Might stop an accident . Overall, Lowes is still my favorite store.

Still an amazing place! She runs the dogs most the time they are there, my Ashoka has been going since she was 6months old & still gets excited every time we pull up, she is 3 now! I recently got a new pup & Alyssa has taken such good care of him, he too loves it!Alyssa is an amazing lady, loves my pups & gives them all such special attention ❤ shares loads of photos every day so we can see our pups enjoying Adventureland, her 3 acres gives them loads of fun! I've looked at other boarding places around & everything I've seen is tiny & not much room for play, my pups are used to running 4 acres at home, so this is a perfect place & recommend to anyone if you want teue fun for your dogs! Another thing I want to add is I have a German Shepherd which is very high strung, she is always worn out after daycare & sleeps the rest of the eve after dinner🤣

The staff went above and beyond to help me get a jump. I couldn't believe how helpful they were. Don't get stuck without a jump anywhere else because in this town, most people aren't helpful. I love Lowe's

I purchased a Kohler toilet from Lowes but had to wait a couple of months to get it installed and at the time of installation the plumber discovered the tank lid was broken during shipping.
I call Lowes in Milledgeville and was connected with Wade in Plumbing he told me to take a photo of the box to get correct information Because I had misplaced my receipt
but when I went to Lowes Wade looked at the photos and went to the back of the store and returned and swapped my busted tank lid for an unbroken one.

I had an issue with getting my wall tile and I finally got in touch with MATTHEW the store manager. I explained to him why I was so Frustrated because my tile that I had ordered had not came in as promised. He took the time to find another store that had it in stock that was an hour away. Then he went to go and pick it up for me and got it back to the store. I went immediately and picked it up. I’m so grateful to Matthew. He went above and beyond

I love this Lowe's. I can usually find things there that I can't find in other locations. They usually have people also to help you.

These 5 stars are specifically for an employee named Natasha! A few weeks ago we made a BIG purchase of several things & one of the items we bought was broken when we got it out of the box. My husband went to exchange it & the price of the item had changed since it wasn’t Black Friday anymore (we wouldn’t have bought it in the first place if we knew it was broken obviously) so he had to come out of pocket unexpectedly, which is really hurtful during this time of year. Today I spoke with Natasha and without any question she did what she had to do to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Natasha for all of your help and understanding! Give her a raise please.

I was ordering some lumber on line and for some reason it was changing the price per board by .50 per board so I called them They could not figure out why is was doing that so they just took my order over the phone and they could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Lowes corporate needs to fix their website but the team members at this location were AWESOME!!!!!
