Salon Red - Candler Park

The salon is a cozy environment with staff who make you feel right at home. They really make sure you’re in love with what you see in the mirror afterwards, and talk you through the process to get there. Katarina is my go-to stylist and I always leave feeling refreshed and happy with what we’ve accomplished.

I love it here! Keri always does an amazing job with cutting my hair--she makes sure it is perfect every time. Keri is so sweet and works with you to come up with the perfect style. The salon is a wonderful environment full of caring people.

I’ve been coming to Salon Red for years now. Tayanna is my go to stylist. We’ve been regularly seeing each other for a little over two years straight and every time I have such a great experience. She always does a great job at listening to what I’m envisioning and explaining things to me. She’s given some really great and useful advice and tips to keep my hair looking great despite my lifestyle. I’m a personal trainer and I ride motorcycles so I put my hair through it! LOL as a bonus, she always remembers me and the details
Of my life so it always feels so personal.

Had an amazing appt with Stacian for a color and cut! It was my first time as I am in the market for a new stylist. She made me feel comfortable instantly. I came in with a big task to go light, with my jet black hair. She explained the process, answered all my questions, told me what to expect. And then went to work. I am so happy with the color and cut. Will be booking with her again for sure! Highly recommend!

I came in originally for a red/orange color and it didn’t turn exactly how I wanted it. I was super unhappy after spending so much on a color I didn’t love. I called and they booked a color adjustment appointment for me. I got to work with Bonnie, and she was so nice and understanding. They were able to get the color I wanted and were all super sweet. Customer service is great. I highly recommend Bonnie if you want to get your hair colored.

Bonnie worked tirelessly to make my hair absolutely gorgeous! She’s an exceptional colorist and stylist. Plus the overwhelmingly friendly and comfortable atmosphere made my experience wonderful!

Had a great first time experience. Loved that there was a giving closet...didn't expect to go shopping but found a really cute top (see pic). The atmosphere was open and inviting, they knew who I was upon opening the door, and my stylist Stacian was great! She took her time, listened to me, and made me feel fabulous! I have been looking for a good salon for years and I'm so happy with my experience at Salon Red and Stacian! It's welcoming and comfortable and Stacian is absolutely amazing with curls. I recommend this place to all my friends. Will definitely not be going anywhere else

This place is the best salon I have ever gone to! I found this place on instagram and fell in love with the page. Upon arrival I was greeted and felt very much at ease when I came in. They also offered me coffee, water and tea!!!! My stylist was Stacian! She was very sweet, welcoming, and attentive on what I wanted for my haircut. For the longest I have been wanting a lot of layers and she gave me exactly what I wanted :)) She did a phenomenal job on my hair and I will definitely be coming back here for my next hair cut.

Updating my review below! Yet another brilliant color highlights by Jessica. It says a lot that your hair can change over 20 years and compliments always come on the color.

Jessica the salon owner is a genius, so incredibly creative. She has styled my hair for years - her color skills are fantastic! You will get compliments. From precision cuts to bed head, she can do it all and her standards for all stylists in her shops is HIGH. If you are looking for a salon to achieve your desire and vision, look no further for a stand out cut and color.

I was trying to wait out the pandemic to get my hair done to limit exposure. We all know how that went and 8mo later I was in desperate need of a cut and color. I’ve never been to Salon Red in Candler Park before but I’d heard good things and their website seemed to have good Covid-19 protocol so I made an appointment after looking at Rebecca’s work on their IG. When I got there I was a little nervous tbh as I’ve only been to work and back since the pandemic hit. But, they definitely put me at ease. Before I could text them that I’d arrived someone had already come out to my car to check my temp. I noticed after they washed my hair they spent a little extra time sanitizing the station for the next person and everyone was spaced out and masked. I didn’t really know what I wanted to do but Rebecca really listened to my vague thoughts and helped me guide me on a cut and color after giving it some thought. I got a cut, balayage, and style. It was soooo good! Not to get too dramatic but I felt like a new person after leaving! The Balayage was sooo good. Rebecca seems to really understand blonde/bronde coloring. I’d gone a little blonder than usual bc I was scared it wouldn’t look good on my pale skin but after Rebecca colored it, my only regret was not going in sooner. The tones of the blond really worked. I’m definitely going back and it’s nice to have a steady hair stylist now. I was tired of shopping around and never really getting what I’d wanted.

Reese is a super cool stylist here and I like the salon. It has expanded hours into the evening which I need and makes finding a salon difficult usually. There is also free parking which is a bonus in that part of the city. Convenient online booking. Has the full oribe product line, like all of it... very nice. There's a lot of chairs so they can probably accommodate things like bridal parties. Overall great salon.

My hair stylist is Rebecca Long, and I am blown away by what an amazing job she does every single time! She always goes above and beyond to get my hair color and cut perfect. Plus, she’s great company! Highly recommend going to her.

Bonnie is a most wonderful, talented human and stylist. I feel very lucky to have found her. She does a great job on my short hair with both color and cut. The cut always grows out great and never weird. She is fun to be around and always makes my wife (who is in a wheelchair) and I feel welcome and accepted. Oh, and I forgot the special Bonnie treat when getting my hair wash. Hands down the best massage.
