Great place to explore and find items at reasonable prices. Sometimes check out lines are so long that I don’t like . I wish IKEA was not in Atlanta Downtown area. It could work better around Spaghetti junction area. Or they could have another one north of metro Atlanta. They serve Swedish food at their cafeterias. Staff always helpful. They have enough parking for cars that I like. You feel like you are in maze.

I can confirm that you can get lost in IKEA. Before I knew it, I was in IKEA for 4 hours. I was wondering why I was so exhausted. Every time you take a turn, there is something more. It NEVER ends! This was my first time here, and I know to block off my schedule for 8 hours the next time I come here. Great store and restaurant, as well.

A wow DIY store! Their room ideas are a fancy way of shopping as they show the places where the product would fit in best. Helps figure the product in your place. A huge expanse which sells products and fixtures from a spoon to huge room ideas. Loved the shopping experience all the way.

I really loved this IKEA! I have been to IKEA in a few different places around the East Coast, but this one was one of my favorites because it had a lot to do with Georgia and Atlanta, which I thought was unique. I also really liked the parking situation, as there is an underground parking deck which means that the car does not get hot in the hours you spend inside the store. The restaurant is one of the first things that you encounter when you come up, so we decided to eat lunch. I got the Swedish meatballs with double mashed potatoes. They had lingonberry jam in one of those big containers that you can push out yourself, like a ketchup. So I got some of that and it was delightful. I also got the lingonberry drink which tasted very refreshing and sweet. The people working in the restaurant were super nice. There was a bit of a line but they got the orders out pretty quickly. We also got a small side of macaroni and cheese, which tasted just okay, but I didn't expect it to be gourmet. I thought that the decorations around the IKEA were super cute. The cafe outside of the checkout area was closed when we went, which was kind of a bummer, but it was fine. I also got a 15% off coupon for being a college student, and the person was able to apply that at checkout which was fantastic. Overall, I loved this location and definitely would return.

Yummy lunch and amazing minimalist decor! I got some scratchy sheets- don’t recommend those. It improves every time I go there! The store keeps getting new stuff! I am sad that they took away my favorite cookie, the raspberry or lingonberry heart.

Store is consists of 2 floors, 1st floor is full of market place items and 2nd floor with model room furnishing ideas. You can skip the 2nd floor if you are looking for specific items only. You can browse through the items in the device located in each bay. Food is available in both the floors.

Unless you know what you want, you will need time to experience this store. For those who haven't gone. It's a furniture museum, with a heck of a gift shop.

For such a large city, this is a small IKEA. It's amazing they "dropped" this store and parking garage into a crowded urban pocket. Kudos for architecture here! Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Well-stocked, great pick-up and customer service depts, checkouts flow efficiently. Small food section. Store was very clean and well-organized. Felt very laid-back, really enjoyed shopping at this location!

I'm happy they have the scan and go option now. I loved coming to ikea until I got to check out. The lines would be too long, so we would leave our stuff and go. It's probably been 2 years since I been back. I see now they have the scan and go option. I went to pick up a table and get some plants and was in and out. It's a much better checkout process than before.

IKEA is an overall great experience for modern, affordable furniture and decor. Their restaurant has unbeatable prices for meals and quick snacks while you shop!

One of our favorite places to shop! Everything is super clean here and the store is set up in a nice way. You will spend hours in here, so just be prepared. One thing we’ve recently discovered is the “as-is” section near the checkout, it has opened/returned items at a discount.

First time visiting an IKEA, and it was an absolute blast. The showroom was absolutely incredible throughout the entire store, and the sales floor was great as well. Overall a definite recommend for anyone looking for anything furniture related.

Love this IKEA and all it has to offer. The have great lower prices on some things and I love that they are thinking about affordability. It's clean and we enjoy seeing how they put things together and set up different spaces. Very nice staff.

A unique experience, IKEA boasts an immersive and tangible shopping experience. The ability to lay eyes on assembled products and have opportunities to see some of them in place in a staged living space is incredible. I drive from Birmingham AL to this location when in need of affordable items but don’t want to have to guess at what I’m receiving and hope it works. As a self sufficient shopper I also love the ability to handle the whole process from top to bottom. Love IKEA!

Two customer support. People helped me resolve an issue with my online order getting me the order printed up as a shopping list so I was able to collect the items I wanted. All staff was helpful and friendly and enable me to navigate the store. The meatballs and veggie medallions are awesome. The cook/chef was friendly. All around good experience.

Dave is friendliest hooman at Aftonsparv central (Ikea). He helps the hoomanz and makes us aliens feel safe and cozy in our docking bay while we wait to find earth homes.

Porp and Zorp

This place is huge. I shopped online ahead of my store visit. I ate lunch there and it was good. I got to see the items I was buying before checking out. Finding my items in the warehouse was easy. I used the website tool via a browser on my phone to locate them. Plenty of carts. Check out line wasn’t too long. Parking was spacious for my full size truck.

All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and the right amount of helpful. Well done.

I put my new office chair together when I got home. Instructions in the box were sufficient. Feels sturdy and comfortable.

Highly recommend IKEA if they have something you want.

There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store entrance. It is very well organized and reasonably priced. I love the cafeteria. The food is good, and the drink selection/refills make it a great value for breakfast or lunch. Shown below is the regular meatballs with two sides: squash and fries. Add the glass 🍸 for unlimited refills, and now you have a meal for $7.61. Not shown at the entrance of the store you can also order on the touch pad, for example 1.00 beef hot dogs and .90 for the vegan ones, to name a few. Lastly, I took some pictures of the different home displays throughout the store. The four new pictures with the concrete floor represent the Returns Department. You can use a touch screen kiosk, which is enabled with your mobile no or a website to log in, and then you are added to the line. There are two areas for seating, and high tables are equipped with what appears to be wireless charging. In my case, I processed my order online, and if you provide the order number, it will expedite the process.

Everything you need for your home comes with affordable price. Be prepared to spend at least 3 hours here as you will get to experience their maze design, so don’t be surprised with your impulsive purchases as you’ll be exposed to every brilliant home product & design ideas.
