Kroger Pharmacy

I went to this pharmacy on Nov. 4, 2023 for three vaccinations; COVID-19, Influenza, and RSV. The personnel were very professional and thoroughly checked my insurance. I will continue to visit this Kroger pharmacy for all of my vaccines in the future.

Goldie and Alice are the best problem solvers. The other Techs just work with them. The supplier may have something to do with Rx

Man, this place has a lot of bad ratings. I've never had an issue. If you have to drop something off, it usually take a minute if there's a line. Pickup? Same thing, may have a few in front of you. Plus side, every person I can see (as a customer) is busy and working on something. Nothing drive me crazier than waiting while people are standing around. Not the case with this place and I've been here a lot. Honestly, I've had consistent 4 start experiences. Until I called.

I had a question and was all prepared to stay on hold for a while. Much to my surprise, I got right through, asked my question (Patrick?) and got an answer. Based on the other reviews it sounds like I'm the exception but they've always done right by me.

Honestly, this has to be one of the worst jobs around. It's in the service industry, you're dealing with sick (scared) people and an insurance industry that is overwhelmingly complicated. A byproduct of dealing with the insurance industry is having to tell people that the meds their Dr prescribed might not be covered and they're going to have to pay $$$$ to get what they need. Not Kroger's fault but that's bit me a few times and I ended up having to apologize to the person helping me out because I took my frustrations out on them.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Fast and efficient! They were patient with me in looking up the best prices between Medicare Part B and the various discount programs, too.

Friendly, courteous, respectful and caring. My meds are always ready and correct.

Good staff, fairly quick, higi station and single bathrooms next to it.

Great service friendly and efficient

I like the pharmacy techs, but the prices are not always competitive. I've gotten several vaccines here and the staffers are very good with injections. Not heavy handed.

Always ask Goldie. Goldie is fabulous. She can fix any problem. She's golden ❤

They are put under a difficult job and most people act rude to them. If you smile and try to give appreciation they treat you well. Long lines but they do the job as best they can.

They are good but the Covid issues are making it hard for the staff. Drive up window is temporarily closed
