Arhaus

We had a wonderful experience at Arhaus this month. Jamye and Tim helped us find the perfect wall decor and timeless items to accent our home. This was my first time at this location, and I was impressed by the overall Items and the team’s helpfulness!

I was lucky to get the help of the Store Manager “Eric” who I thoroughly enjoyed working with. He was kind, funny and so patient with all of my many questions. I only stopped in to put my eyes on 2 sitting chairs and wound up purchasing a rug and ottoman coffee table that I needed and so Love! I’m thankful to Eric for touring me through the store and giving me ideas on how to creat the look Ive been wanting but didn’t know how to achieve. All the AD magazines I’ve perused couldn’t compare to the personal touch I received from him ❤. I’ll be back for the chairs soon!

Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. They always have some great finds. If you are looking for quality furniture then you need to stop and see thier collection.

Arhaus is a magical place. Their dining tables are unlike any other furniture store’s. Quality is fantastic, and they are extremely modern and unique. Pricing is very reasonable. Great place to go if you’re seeking some furniture that is more of a work of art. 10/10. Would recommend to a friend.

I had the most wonderful experience with Tyler and the whole staff at Arhaus Phipps. Tyler was so helpful in helping me choose just the right new pieces to compliment my existing ones. Clayton is an amazing designer there who added that extra touch to my living room wall! White glove service. I’m a client for life!!

I don't know why so many people had a horrible experience shopping at the Phipps Arhaus. I bought a sectional sofa and it arrived on time 4 weeks approx. customer service was outstanding the sales people really took there time helping me select statement pieces for our place. I picked up a bedroom set that was a floor item on sale it looks amazing. I love everything I purchased from Arhaus ...delivery and set up was a pleasant experience as well. I bought a giant mirror, sofa, chaise lounge a lamp, bench, outdoor furniture and kitchen table chairs. Tyrone was one of the sales associates who helped me. He was very helpful, patient, and insightful. Vannah also assisted she has a creative eye and was also very helpful and friendly.
I enjoyed the experience and the house looks great.

On 11/13/2017, I purchased 4 Lunden dining chairs that were in stock. They arrived, as promised, 3 weeks later on 12/5/2017. I had no issues whatsoever.
I will note that I was a little wary to purchase furniture from this store due to the negative reviews online. I'm glad I gave them a try.
I also want to note that Roberta, the sales associate that assisted me, is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding their products.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers experienced, but we've never had a bad shopping experience here. The salespeople have always been helpful and never too pushy. Delivery has always been easy every time we've ordered something.

We visited the store and bought Dinning room furniture. Very helpful staff, loved the furniture and how it is laid out in the store. I wish I knew about this store sooner.
