They're the best!

We have been here for gifts many times since we live in the neighborhood. Usually they are great, however, my husband just tried to stop by with our two year old to let him pick out a gift for his new baby sister on the way to visit us in the hospital and they refused to open the doors even though their hours say until 5pm and they were there over 30 minutes before closing. He called, someone answered and could see them and still refused to open the doors. He is now scrambling and will probably go to target. My son was very disappointed. They have lost some long time customers!

Cute items but terrible service. When your personal conversation is more important than even acknowledging my existence, I have no use for shopping at your establishment.
