Chico's

Went in to exchange jeans on Saturday and the Sales lady, Gina, was outstanding. I was in a hurry and wanted a last minute outfit and she picked the perfect top to go with my jeans which I later matched up with sparkly tennis shoes I had at home. I rarely take time to rate sales but she is truly a Customer Service Professional!

The girls always are nice and friendly when I go to by my wife gifts. She loves their jewelry! The newer tall manager is so helpful sense I’m clueless when it comes to that sort of stuff, she’s always friendly.

Nice store, very helpful staff. Items of interest were located, ordered and shipped. Wow, what great service!

Walked in and not 1of the 3 employees greeted upon entrance even though the one female stopped what she was doing to watch us for a minute but then the only male employee greeted us on our way out too little too late

I shop boutiques from time to time for special items.
This was my first time in a Chico's retail shop (Norcross, Ga) I went in to purchase an outfit for an event. I needed something blue.
When I walked in one employee greeted me and when I greeted her back the two employees looked at each other. The employee that spoke resumed her conversation with a customer and even the customer turned around and looked at me as if I had interrupted something. There was a lot of blue in the store so I started looking. The customer continued talking saying she had a new job and would be back to get new clothes. Then the other employee greeted me and when I returned the greeting, again the two employees looked at each other. I paused to see if they were going to say more but they didn't they looked at each other again as if they were giving each other a signal or code. It seemed unnecessary for me to shop with them if they weren't comfortable assisting me. I had literally been in the store less than 5 minutes and they were giving eye signals to each other as if I was a problem. Why they responded this way is unknown to me. So I politely left the store.
It all worked out though because I went across the parking lot to another store and received boutique customer service from a large retail chain. That's the experience I expected from Chico's. I really wanted something more unique but after such a quick rough start in Chico's, I decided peace and convenience was a better option. Whatever was going on, I know, had nothing to do with me but made me feel just as uncomfortable shopping there.
