I am rating them a two because of the initial response with the owner.

It was downhill from there. I received the first quote from the owner that was pretty decent. I am just getting a quote in writing that is 10.00 higher that the quotes I got via phone. 30.00 for a t-shirt that I already designed? I think not.

Also, when the guys were pushing rude.

Not sure what the quality is but too much competition to spend my money where customer service is not appreciated.
