Only leaving this review to the fault of the builders communication, LGI front office was great but the builders where you summit requests, DO NOT CONTACT YOU WITH ANY OF THE PROBLEMS !!!!
I have put several complaints and it’s been over a month since anyone contacted me. This that needed to be changed before closing. No one has yet reached out besides issues of the people with warranty, but the building manager has not cared to do much !!! Plenty of issues with the home, if someone cants to contact me they can, the last name is Barreto

Cheap builder.
Within one year after owner my home everything started falling apart. Kitchen, living-room, Garage, windows has big cracks, stuccos . water got inside the house after a hard rainy day. Big electrical issues as well. I will never recommend this builder to anyone. They lied to everyone in the community about building a pool only to find out the land that was for the pool had already been sold to a nother builder.
