Because I wanted to drive from FL to PA, I wanted to make sure the car was fully checked out. This time, like every other time I've been to Jenkins Honda, was outstanding. The staff listen attentively to what my concerns are, find the best options for me, and perform the work efficiently and thoroughly. I now feel totally safe making the trip. Great customer service!!

Everyone at Honda Jenkins Leesburg have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had been searching for a car for some time now, with new buyers credit in today’s high interest world I thought I was never going to find something to meet my needs. Well Shawn got me an amazing deal with a reasonable down payment and even had their finance department taught me some credit tips that won’t only help in paying my car off but help with all my future credit needs. The service here is awesome! Sergio took great care of us and gave us the advice & knowlege we needed before buying my Civic! Jenkins Honda of Leesburg really took the time to listen to my reason for bringing my Pilot by. The service tech met me with a smile, ready to listen and quickly got me with a service advisor. Mario, the service advisor, reassured me step by step, I had brought my car in because the tire pressure light kept turning on indicating a possible leak. Mario set the proper expectations, letting me know possible costs and keeping me up to speed during the process. They had an inviting waiting area and offered coffee, water and snacks while the guest wait. The whole staff was friendly and personable. I will most definitely be using this dealership and service area for my Honda in the future! Thank you Mario and team for exceptional customer service!

I had to have my rear view mirror replaced and took my car to the dealership. I was surprisingly amazed how smooth and quick the process took. Everyone very friendly and efficient. It was actually a pleasant experience driving off in less time than estimated in a sparkling washed car.

Our experience was outstanding at Jenkins Honda - our service technician thoroughly explained our service requirements. He gave us an accurate repair estimate - kept us updated on progress of repair service. When we came to pick up - customer service counter was efficient and our car was already pulled out waiting for us. The service was outstanding!

I came to Jenkins Honda on the way back from dropping my son at the airport. My car light said Maintenance Due. Jenkins got me right in and Mario Font was the consummate professional from beginning to end. Every member of the staff was friendly and inviting offering a nice place to sit and wait with fresh popcorn, coffee, and drinks.
Mario explained every service and what was recommended to address service-wise immediately. I felt like I made a good choice as a result.

Visiting Florida and my oil maintenance light came on. Was able to schedule oil change easily online and on a day that worked for me. Easy drive from The Villages to Jenkins Honda. Treated really well from arrival, to timely, friendly service team. Added bonus was not only did they change my oil, rotated my tires but washed my car and vacuumed it n/c. Highly recommend Jenkins and would definitely go back.

If you want to have your car taken care of make sure to visit Ryan or Roger! Friendly faces and incredible staff! I work as a service writer as well and I know what their jobs entail and how difficult it is to make sure your customers are well taken care of. Not to mention, I am very picky about my car and service writer. 10/10 for excellent service in their capable hands.

Purchasing a pre-owned Honda at Jenkins was among the easiest car transactions I've ever done. Found the car on the internet and when I called, was told that a salesperson would text me and help out. Got that text from Shawn within 15min and we chatted a bit. He sent pictures and was super responsive. Drove there and made our decision inside 30min. Took maybe another 30min to work out paperwork, very low pressure and low drama. Best part: they didn't hound me for Google reviews even once. Straight up pros, would buy there again for sure. Thank you Shawn!!

Jenkins Honda service techs were professional and personable. No pressure to get any other work done on my car besides what I had requested. Job completed in reasonable amount of time. Donuts n=and coffee was a great perk during my wait. I will continue to get my car serviced at Jenkins Honda.

1/21/24 I visited Jenkins Honda for my first service On my 2022 Honda CRV. I was able to pull right up and get service immediately. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. Chris was able to get me through quickly and on my way. Good job guys!

I bought a van from Angel G he was great to deal with understood what I needed in a vehicle and got me into one at a good price. Thank you Angel.
Also Mike in the financial department was great explaining everything, even though I won't retain it, I did understand it at the time.

I’ve been going to this Jenkins Honda of Leesburg now for 9 years. They are hands down THE BEST dealership and SERVICE CENTER I have ever had the pleasure of going to!! I have purchased 2 Accords from them both times Shawn being my salesman whom is amazing to work with. He’s not even an ounce bit of pushy or what a typical sales guy generally is. And the service department should get 100 stars cuz 5 isn’t enough!!! Literally the second I pull up I am greeted with smiles from the lane gentleman & BY NAME! As soon as I walk in the doors everyone smiles and knows my name. And i cant say enough about Dave and Roger!!! They are absolutely a pleasure to work with every single second I’m there waiting for my car!!! So I thank all of you!!! 😊🙏🏼

Jenkins Honda in Leesburg is always very courteous and very thorough when checking out your vehicle. They are knowledgeable and explain things so you understand it. I can get an apt to fit my schedule. Very happy with the service.

The service team welcomes you with a smile. They review along the way what is being done and how it is being done Sam is best in class. The mechanic Chris is top-notch. The car was returned, cleaned, which I love.
