I cannot say enough good things about Mark Adams Auto Repair. I was visiting the area (to see my dad and a concert :) when my alternator died. Mark was absolutely wonderful in helping me get to his shop, and get repairs started quickly as I was traveling. He was very communicative about timelines and estimated costs, and was also very kind and sensitive to my individual predicament. I’ve just arrived back in NY and my car drove beautifully the entire trip. I plan to make more visits to PCB to visit my dad, and also get any auto maintenance with Mark.

Mark is straightforward and honest. I have had my car in there a few times now and I am very satisfied with how he has assessed the situation and not done things that didn't need corrected. I will not go anywhere else for service in PCB.

Best mechanic in PCB or any area around it. I brought my 20 year old jeep to him and they fixed the starter, alternator, and battery in just two days. They’re honest and didn’t try to add anything else I didn’t need. Mark also called me before they did any repairs to make sure I knew what they were doing. I’d taken it to other mechanics in the area before and had horrible experiences. I would recommend Mark Adams for anyone that needs auto repairs.

Mark has taken great care of me and my car. He schedules his work so that he's ready for you when you come in and delivers when promised. I no longer get 2 or 3 quotes for work on my car, Mark gives me a price, we set the date and the work gets done. If anything additional is discovered, Mark calls and discusses options and give fair pricing. I have found my new mechanic.

Mark has been my go to mechanic for close to 20years now and his service is superior! I've recommended him to many, many people over the years do to his great work! He stands behind his work 100% and if you ain't happy, he ain't happy. He's honest and that is why he'll continue being my mechanic! I brought my 2006 Dodge Charger w/160K miles that I still use as my daily driver. Suspension and electrical work. Very satisfied doesn't say enough. The old muscle rides better and tracks straighter than when I drove it off the lot as new 16 years ago.

Thank you Mark Adams Auto Repair! In PCB for vacation and the alternator went out on our SUV after all repair shops had closed. The wrecker service told me that they would take my car to Tuffy’s per AAA recommendation. I told him I wanted to take it to Mark and he said that he was the best mechanic on the beach. Problem with that was he was likely backed up and that I’d need to call the following morning to see if he could work me in. Very kind and forward on the phone, worked me in and sure enough was able to get the work done that day! I was expecting to need to wait several days. Checked all fluids and recharged battery as well as replacing the alternator. Very pleased with his work and honesty.

Mark is very accomodateing and he and his staff are very friendly. But if you're reading this review you probably don't care about that, you just want to know if he's good at his job and fair in prices. The answer is YES. I've had service on both my vehicles for years, foreign and domestic (ford, BMW). I recommend an appointment but he will take drop-offs. His flat hourly rate is $90.

Mark Adam's has been our family mechanic for years however this is the first time he has worked on my specific vehicle. Scheduling and appointment was super easy and he could not have been friendlier if he tried. Excellent and quick work and he took time to answer my questions and also to get to know me a little bit. Absolutely fantastic place and I thank them greatly for getting me back on the road!

Our Daughter works in PCB during the summer and we live in Cocoa so I'm over 6 hours away and my Daughters car broke down so we looked up reviews for a decent mechanic and came across Mark's shop. I called him and right away I could tell he was a great guy. He got our daughters car in and repaired it super fast and for a very fair price. He called and keep me in the loop the whole time. Great service and awesome work. I would highly recommend this place!

Driving in on vacation and an hour outside of PCB our A/C stops cooling. Not wanting to get scammed, I first contact my personal mechanic at home, describe the situation to him, and let him give me his best guess at the problem as well as a cost estimate. I then begin my research of local PCB mechanics and came across Mark. When I took it to him, he told me exactly what my mechanic said in terms of the problem and cost to repair. Knowing then I could trust him, I wanted Mark to do the work. Thinking that we were only in town for a week, he apologized for not being able to fit me in referred me to two other local mechanics who he trusted. But when I told him we were in for 2 weeks, he scheduled me for Tuesday of the 2nd week. And, to make sure we weren’t riding around in a hot vehicle, he gassed me up before leaving to keep us cool until he could fix it. He got me in exactly when he said he would and finished exactly when he said he would for the exact price he quoted me. I could not have asked for a better and more personal experience. Knowing that I was from out of town, he still treated me as a local. I cannot recommend him enough, even if you have to wait. And yes, we made it the remainder of our trip and the 10 hour drive home in a cool vehicle!

Mark has been servicing our vehicles for 3 years. His shop does great work and he is honest and reasonable. Don't go to the dealer--go see Mark Adams. You will save a lot of money. The only little negative thing I have to say is that he does not have a lot of parking, but part of that is because he is so popular.

The biggest testament to the integrity of this business is Mark Adams' honest and kind character.
Mark was incredibly patient with me as we diagnosed the issues with my car. I always try my best to understand fully the issues and work that needs to be done on my car before it is done, which I know can be a bit annoying since I am not as knowledgeable as a mechanic, and, as a woman who has been screwed over by mechanics a few times, I am a skeptic until I can wrap my brain around the mechanics of the issue.
Both Mark and his mechanic Paul were really understanding about this and communicative with me about the work that was being done. They were even willing to bring me in the work area and show me what was going on when I still had more questions. Even when I brought the car back a few days after the repair with, yet again, more questions, they were kind, patient, and answered them all for me, easing any concerns I had.
I could not be more satisfied or grateful with my experience here. I definitely give the work that was done 5 stars and I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Thank you, Mark Adams Auto Repair. :)

Mark helped keep my vacation running smooth. My brakes had some issues on the 1000 mile drive to PCB and he was able to fit me in the day I called and completed the brake job in the time promised. The price was good and there was no pressure for any additional repairs. They even came to pick me up when finished.

I love Mr. Mark, this man is honest and laid back back. I love that he is fair and ALWAYS gets my cars fixed! Having a great mechanic is like having a great gynecologist! He is my car doctor, don’t take my word for it, give him a call for yours! Thank me later!!!

Mark Adams treated us fair and honest. We were going to take our vehicle to the dealership. After hearing great reviews about Mark, we decided to take our vehicle to his repair shop. His shop completed our repairs for a fair price. Honest repair shop. I recommend.

Mark Adams is very professional. It is not Mark's fault. A-Z locksmith is the company at fault. They don't even take credit cards over the phone. He should have told me that from the start. He has no right leaving a poor review. I have taken many vehicles to Mark Adams over the last 15 years and he has always treated me great.

Mark did an excellent job! My transmission was repaired, only took two days (not counting the weekend) and he came in 85.00$ under his initial estimate. I will defiantly use his shop again!!!

Honesty and integrity is still alive here at this business. We were on vacation from Tennessee and I called Mark about my problems with a power steering hose and he repaired it quickly, professionally and more than a fair price. I highly recommend them.

This guy really is a good guy. Went in about a possible leak and he was upfront about his schedule being over a week out but asked about my problems knowing he couldn't get to it and he even came out to give a look over to all the common areas of problems and he actually looked and even showed me the problem areas. Who really takes that much time for a customer he doesn't know much less doesn't have time for.. even as I thanked him leaving I was gonna give the man a tip and or pay him for his time but he just said no but he did appreciate the offer.. and then wish me the best.. Mark is nice, friendly w a heart. Please.if u r n the area give this guy and his shop a try. I believe u will b surprised at the hospitality.
