Just went to make another purchase at Mattress Firm and was happy again with the service and quality of the product that I received. This was a hard to fit under the bed trussel and found the right fit, softness and height to fit perfectly. Nicely done. I’m becoming a frequent flier at this business!

Brian was fantastic. I told him what I was looking for and he had me try three beds. He answered all of my endless questions. He patiently waited while I spoke to my sweetheart on the phone about options. He guided me through every step of the way and finally suggested the least expensive option given that we would have the house for only a couple of years.

I appreciated his honesty and patience. Well done, Brian!!

Caitlin is an amazing salesperson. She doesn't use any pressure and is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very helpful with making our decision on our next bed.

Great customer service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Competitive prices. I purchased the Purple Plus after three store visits and tried every mattress in the store. Kudos to the staff for their infinite patience with me. Additionally, I went to the beach location . Extremely helpful staff there, but purchased on 23rd street because it's closer for me.

Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful when purchasing our bed for our new home. Delivery was set up for a convenient time to minimize our stress of moving. All stores have sales or a good deal but Mattress firm earns your business for life.

Went in right before close last night, literally 5 min before close, the gentleman working took excellent care of me considering I was keeping him there late. Very professional establishment. Not to mention the Lego table they had that prevented my two yr old from having a meltdown during our transaction. Kinda wanna go back today and just hang out 😄 thanks mattress firm!

Even though they aren't magicians and couldn't deliver our mattress the night before we needed it, she went out of her way to make sure we received the best customer service(even with my sour attitude at first) she could provide. I worked with Brian and am very happy I did. My elderly parents are both experiencing medical challenges and I just could not get to the store to buy the low profile box spring we needed for them. Brian guided me through the process, gave much needed advice and we accomplished everything via phone, text and website. It was such a relief! I also got a very good product for a great price and it will be delivered in a few days.
