Joe was great! We had a problem with the Master bath shower. One guy took one look at it, told us all the plumbing needed to be replaced so the wall would have to be opened up. We never heard from him again. We talked to some "replace-your-shower-in-a-day" people, but they only do the whole thing, not repairs. Joe looked at it, just before New Years, gave us a quote and had it all done - plumbing and tile work - within a week. He did all the shopping for the new faucet, matched the existing tiles and even replaced the border trim for us. Now our renters don't have to go to the other side of the house to take a shower anymore. Thank you, Joe!

Joe was the first one asking me what the problem was, and he also asked for a few photos to better assess the problem.
