The Final Touch Design

Words cannot express the deep appreciation we feel for The Final Touch Design. After finding out we had water in our kitchen walls and that the cabinets had to be torn out, we called Skip Wahl, owner of The Final Touch Design, and he and Marsha came out to our home to look things over. They picked up on details of what was important to us in a kitchen -- where we spend much time daily -- and gave us a beautiful design that includes everything we would want in a kitchen and so much more. Things we did not ask for, but in getting to know us, they added elements they knew we would enjoy. It will be beautiful, and we cannot wait until the work can begin! Surely we will post a picture of our beautiful new kitchen when it is finished.

We just completed a kitchen & vanity remodel with The Final Touch Design (working with Mackenzie). I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We live in Atlanta so to do an off season remodel from afar is challenging. Final Touch handled 90% of the task for us (tear out, new cabinets, new granite, new farmhouse sink, new undermount sink) and kept us up to date along the way with scheduling, expectations, and completion. We received photos as the work was done, and Mackenzie was very hands on and very responsive (to my millions of questions--she's very patient! LOL). Their follow up after completion was thorough, and they took are of a very minor issue we had, correcting it quickly and to our satisfaction. We are absolutely thrilled with their customer service and with the final job. I highly recommend to any PCB folks.

Skip and Marsha, owners of The Final Touch Design, and their team of experienced designers are not only great at cabinet designs, but they are also very caring thoughtful people.
I created the Naturekast outdoor cabinet line, which they are dealers, and they have been doing an excellent job in the design and installation of our cabinetry.
They go above and beyond with their customers to make sure the entire process is a great experience.
Naturekast is an amazing lifetime outdoor cabinet and I am very particular in selecting my dealers here in the Panhandle of Florida and I am proud to say they are one of the best out there.

I live in Arizona and The Final Touch Design was able to design and drop ship my kitchen to my Arizona home. The design was perfect, we had one cabinet that had a slight issue from the manufacturer and it was replaced within a week. Out of all the contracted work I have had done this was the smoothest project and the results are amazing. I would recommend this company for your kitchen design anywhere in the US.

I could not belive how they could design my kitchen in Florida and have it shipped for to my Arizona home and be installed flawlessly. Also they where better priced than my local cabinet companies.

We interviewed several businesses when it was time to remodel our condo kitchen in Panama City Beach in late 2015. When we met Skip at Final Touch Design we knew we found the right person. Skip helped us through the design process and was very patient with our many modifications. He made suggestions that we hadn't thought of. He came out and placed blue tape on the floor so we could visualized the proposed design in our space. The cabinets we chose arrived on time and were installed professionally. We were extremely happy with the results and the service. Skip recommended the contractor to remodel our kitchen and Alan was amazing. Had it not been for Skip and his team we would have just changed out the existing fixtures and put in new. The way Skip designed our space it opened up our condo and it looks new and modern. We LOVE the way it turned out. Skip's follow up and accessibility exceeds our expectations. We just had him out to look at one of the doors and he made a modification at no charge that solved the problem. This is almost 2 years after the installation. I would recommend Skip in a heartbeat!

My experience with Jason was more than I could have expected. He lined me up with the finest contractors and kept me informed of all progress. If a problem occurred he took ownership and solved any and all issues. My experience with them was kitchen and bath complete remodels.

We visited the showroom while visiting Panama City Beach and purchased some Home Decor items. I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the showroom looked. I was expecting the average storage room, but no way; it was beautiful! I kind of wish we needed cabinets because I found out that they will design for and drop ship to any address, including ours in North Ga! A must see with In PCB! P.S. their website is amazing too, I’ve been stalking it for new cute items!
