JCPenney still has great values and a shout out to Hannah who gave me her all while assisting me shopping for jeans. I will be back for those items of quality you can only get from this store at a great value!

Been going since I was a kid! Great prices and deals! In style clothes in the juniors section where I ship. A salon that not only stress cuts but waxing and they also do hair styles for dances/proms. It's where I went to get mine done every dance and they did a spectacular job! Also do a great job with my highlights!!!! It's worth what you pay!

I like this stores so much better than the other JCPenney stores in the area. They always have good sales, and some things on clearance.

The managers are incredibly knowledgeable and do everything they can to help whatever situation you may be in. I ordered something online for curbs side pick up thinking that would be easier than going in. Little did I know it wouldn't be ready for at least 2 hrs. I live an hour away, but I was already in panama so I went into the store to see if I could expedite the process. There's no real way to do that with out going through a lot of steps. The manager helping me didn't mind going through those steps to get me in and out quickly. They are definitely good a customer service!

Went in for a watch battery, and the lady in the jewelry section spent far more time than I expected helping me find the proper one. For such an inexpensive item, I was impressed with how much effort she was willing to put into her customer service. I just wish I could remember her name so I could let her managers know how wonderful she was.

Clean, nice displays & uncrowded on a weekday!

JCPENNEY has the best quality of goods for the whole family. This afternoon I saved $174.00. I had the best time all by myself. I am on there online account too which gave me extra rewards for shopping inside the store. Everything is clean and lots of room in the store. Masks are optional. All employees are helpful and courteous to everyone

Stopped in just to check it out. Fantastic sales going on in all depts. Bought some baby clothing for our brand new great grandson. WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO CHECK OUT THE REST OF THE STORE.

The employees were phenomenal with a floating manager cashier to back up any of the cash wraps that needed assistance. The Sephora associates were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Wonderful Experience!! I had my hair cut after 8 weeks of quarantine and Samantha was my stylist, I've never been to JC Penny's Salon and didn't know what to expect. She was very patient and professional which made my impression that much better .Will definitely be back!!!

Today I had my first appointment (with Gabby) and she was awesome!!! I have really long hair & my time ran into another appointment. She fit them in and made it happen for all of us. Everyone was super friendly yet professional. And my hair looks amazing. Happy to have finally found a stylist in PC!

Our Local Penny's had their grand reopening today after Hurricane Michael hit in October.
It is very nice. Great prices and a large variety to choose from. I think it's the best place to shop. Employees had everything in control.😊

I received excellent service at the customer service counter. The young lady at the register (I don’t remember her name, I’m sorry) was very helpful and the Manager, Kelly went above and beyond to help me with my questions and needs. Good customer service is so hard to find so I have to pay you ladies on the back for being so great! Thank you.

Brought my 10 year old in for hair cut.
The ladies are very patient with her wiggling around. They complemented her,telling her how beautiful she is. My daughter suffers depression and thinks shes ugly. When she clearly is not! It was exactly what she needed to hear! We will be back!😀

I have always loved JCPenny. They have great sale prices. I also know they have wonderful employees, they are always there when you need help. Keep up the great jobs that yous all do. Thank you for being such a great store!

Oh we were very happy,,weren't there for 10 min..maybe not even that and we found the most beautiful shoes to go with her dress for homecoming,,one of the employees gave us a surprise coupon,,not only were the beautiful shoes on sale but the coupon worked on them as well,,so im very honored to say they were affordable,,thank you sooo much..

They seem to have turned over a new leaf and actually hired associates who think customer service is important. I've LITERALLY left my purchases at the register in the past because I refused to be treated disrespectfully by clerks who don't realize...customers pay their salary! Thanx for asking :-)
