Big thanks to Susan, Emma, and Jessica at Dillard's! These incredible women didn't just wrap my Christmas gifts; they brought some much-needed holiday cheer to the whole experience. In the midst of the hustle and bustle, they went above and beyond, making sure everything was just right. Your dedication didn't go unnoticed, and I can't thank you enough for making the holiday shopping adventure a lot more enjoyable. Susan, Emma, Jessica – you rock!

A girl from Ukraine waited on me in the shoe department. She had just moved here. She was super nice and did everything she could to help me. In fact, she is still on my mind today. I’m thinking about her life in Ukraine. What it was like?
How she feels about coming to America. I hope and pray she will have a peaceful life here.

I ran in for some Lancôme perfume . I wanted a gift set of ( Tresor ) They didn’t have what I needed but They quickly helped by looking through the catalog & finding exactly what I wanted 🤗 Thanks to Omara Diaz & the tall Gentleman with a beard 🧔‍♂ & glasses I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name but they both were extremely helpful ❤ I do enjoy shopping here when I get the chance especially for my perfumes 😊😉 I definitely recommend Dillard for many things 😍 This was on 1/13/23 😉 Yes Friday the 13th 😉 shortly after opening ; I’ll post a pic after delivery 🚚 The shipment arrived on the 17th 😉👏 I’m so pleased with customer service & the timely manner it was delivered 💯

This store’s professional staff is not what I expected. We all know that the days of having a clothing sales representative, who is very knowledgeable, are almost nonexistent. My son’s wedding is in three days. My favorite old suit has shrunk. So now my wife, who had a great experience purchasing her dress from this store, is a little bit stressed because “she told me so”. We shopped all day and couldn’t find a single solution. About to give up, we visited Dillards in PC at 5 pm. Thank God we were greeted by Tomi. This man went above and beyond from finding a perfect suit to having a seamstress there, in less than thirty minutes! My suit was ready the next day! So if you’re a local or someone visiting from out of town, this is the place to go for a great selection, and moreover, better than expected customer service!

Very clean. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I'm glad it made it through Hurricane Michael. Just wish they would reopen the mall attached to it instead of tear it down. Walking through this Dillard's is very nostalgic for me and my family.

4-6-23 and she was wonderful and so helpful. I highly recommend her and I will definitely ask for her again from now on.

The ladies' lingerie and womens department personnel were fantastic! Her name is Joy. If you need assistance, she will gladly help and.... with her guidance, I was able to put together two outfits for my great niece in no time flat. I was that person who closed the store that night... But she didn't mind one bit! Great clothes and great customer service! I will be going back and getting a credit card for Dillards! Thank you Joy!

I went with my fiancé the sales lady was great in helping him find some dress clothes. I can’t wait to go back for myself I would have been looking around for myself as well but I wasn’t feeling the best today. Nice and Clean store.

Esmeralda did a superb job soldering my wife's james avery bracelet. Gave me great customer service and greeted me with a smile. I came back about an hour later to pick up the bracelet and it was perfect. I also picked up the perfect pair of Costa sunglasses. Great interaction and I'll definitely be back. Great job!

I went in to get some new makeup from the Estee Lauder counter there were three employees there that were all very helpful and very sweet I was greeted on my way in and thanks for coming on my way out I knew it was the right decision to come to the Dillard's in town rather than the one on the beach. I know that buying a little makeup isn't going to save the store but it sure is nice to be treated so well and be appreciated as a customer it's really hard to see the surrounding areas struggle so much to stay afloat to have employees in to build their customer base again but I'm hope the hurricane doesn't cause us to lose our mall or Amazon think local people! Or one day all you have left is Amazon

Have always thought Dillard's had outstanding clothes but I didn't want to pay the increased prices. Went there the other day and there was a huge selection at great prices.

I went to get a gift for my girlfriend today a Dillard's. I was looking for a good perfume for her and my Dillard associate did a great job let me test five or six different fragrances. She also gave me a sample of the fragrance so that my girlfriend could try it out before we opening it to see if it was something that she liked. She even grab the gift and put it in a gift bag for me! Awesome service but pretty expensive. Well worth it for someone you love!

If you are looking for a dress for your holiday party, this is the place to be! They have so many choices and colors and styles. Thankfully I can fit in size 4-6 in women’s and some 5/6 in juniors department so I have tons of things to choose from. But this year I found a couple of nice options. You know you have a corporate party, then just a casual one to dress up a little bit and then one that requires a long ball room gown... well, you can definitely find all of your outfits here. For me, no matter what season I come to Dillard’s, it’s like Christmas every time! If you need help, the associates can help you find the right style and bring your size right to the dressing room. I love the sales there too! I mean you don’t just shop, but you get high quality clothing and the prices are quite affordable!
