My friends kept telling me to go see chad I kept hearing he was Super personable down to earth. They really felt like he was there to help answer questions and help in any way. I've been wanting to get a new bike. Best dealership experience EVER. Chad handled the entire process with with such care. Makes me wanna buy another bike. I will definitely be returning for all my upgrades and future bikes. THANKS CHAD!

Very nice experience. Andy was awesome. My first Harley. Trading my Indian was smooth and easy.

Salesmen were knowledgeable, and open and honest about pros & cons of each model. Steered me to a model better suited to my needs than the one I originally picked. They treated me with respect, and answered my questions without being condescending, which is important to me as a woman rider on the shorter side at 5'3". Financing staff was great to deal with, answered all questions and were very helpful.Hubby & I bought 2 bikes at the same time, 1 new and 1 used, and had a fantastic experience!

See Chad, he’s got a great attitude, no nonsense, can read the room and understands your time is valuable so won’t waste it on things you don’t want or need. Went in, test road a bike, talked numbers for ten minutes, explained I didn’t want the long drawn out vehicle purchase experience on Sunday afternoon and we put down a deposit and went back in the following week to finish. I think total time between Chad and finance was maybe an hour and a half across two days to trade in a bike and buy a new on out the door. More fair than I expected on pricing on my trade as well. I wish vehicle purchases were always this smooth.

Great experience dealing with Brandon down at PCB Harley! Great attitude and presence in the showroom. He and his sales manager helped me make a better investment than I intended and I rode away with much more bike than I would have, with a warranty. I appreciate the new Softail Standard!

I am retired from the car business, I spent over 20 yrs servicing customers and giving them the absolute best service, so when I come to a dealership I expect the same service. I love the way you introduced us to the dealership, walked us to accessories, where we got two free tshirts 😉 she then walked us to parts and then parts walked us to service. I came to this Harley Shop to take the motorcycle safety course. The two instructors (Rider Coaches) made the class east to follow. Their concern was for our utmost safety and for the best learning experience possible. The salesperson, repair staff and all other folks working there seemed to know their trade very well. If I need anything Harley related, or learning related, I will probably be back.

My husband and I took the BRC on11/24-11/26. We had Carrie and Russ as our instructors, let’s just say they are both AWESOME!!! Not only do they work well with each other they did amazing instructing us. My husband had rode before but I had not. I’m smaller and was very nervous. They did awesome helping to put me at ease but their pointers and instructions were easy to understand and really helped. Would definitely recommend this course and hope that they have Carrie and Russ!!! You guys rock and I really appreciate you!!!!

Favorite dealerships. I had a very bad experience at emerald coast Harley Davidson who made quite a few mistakes and mistakes that could have caused catastrophic damage to a very expensive motor build. However Gregg that works in the service dept assured me everything would be taken care of. So I also want to give a 5 star shout out to for sending pictures and answering tons of text messages. I'd also like to give another 5-star shout-out to my boy Cody in parts for taking charge and treating my glide as if it were his own and getting the bike into the shop where it sat
Inside out of the weather until it was ready for the lift. Then MATT the master motor head in the back that took my build to next level of nasty ness. This place is home and will treat you like family each and every time you step foot into this dealership!!!!

So there's a lot of good things to say about Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach, but in this review, I would like to single out Julian for his ongoing exceptional commitment to myself, as well as my daughter. With me, Julian has been instrumental in helping me bring my 2009 CVO Springer back to original condition ... even knowing that the parts I needed would have to be sourced outside of the dealership as many of them had long since been made obsolete by Harley Davidson. Beyond that, his excellent service advising has been absolutely on point, which has saved me hundreds of dollars in service costs.

With my daughter, Julian helped her find the perfect bike for her, even though he's not technically in sales. Having earned our trust, my daughter would have literally walked away without having Julian's thoughts, opinions, and insights to aid her in this big decision for her (her first motorcycle).

Couple our thoughts with other's here that mention Julian, I wholeheartedly feel like Julian is a major asset to the dealership here in PCB. Kudos to the owners for finding this guy. He's truly a blessing to many.

If you were to ask Julian, he'd say "I'm just me my friend", but the commitment to excellence is more to him than a humble answer. For Julian, Harley-Davidson is a way of life ... and that's what you want from a dealership, my friends.

Had an amazing experience getting a bike from here. Chad was an extremely knowledgeable sales man who was patient enough to watch me sit on 15 different bikes so that I could find the right one for me. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase to check them out and ask for Chad! He won’t let you down!

So Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach and Carter from Harley are awesome. The staff (Carter included) are the tops. Friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth, and they don’t pressure you. We’ve been in a few times looking at bikes and we were never pressured into buying a bike on any of our visits. I think that is awesome. We just had my 2021 Harley Sportster delivered today. Carter was amazing with the care he took while unloading the bike. Went over all the details and specifics. Oh and Harley has great soft serve! All in all Harley of PCB is amazing and I recommend them 100%

My brother and I both recently purchased our brand new bikes at HD PCB from Sam and he was a huge help and awesome to work with! He made everything very simple and all around an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend visiting Sam and the rest of the HD crew at the PCB dealership!

I signed up for the "Women only" HD Riding Academy! My instructor was the amazing Carrie Brooks! If you are thinking about doing this... DO IT!!! She is an AWESOME instructor!! She made it so fun and so enjoyable! She was very patient and so encouraging! The entire staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the weekend - VERY, VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!!

Our guy Billy was perfect for me. We weren’t rushed when we walked in and had plenty of time to look around. When he did approach us he took his time with us and didn’t pressure us to buy anything. We had zero intentions of buying a bike on this trip over. We ended up with our Harley because he listened to us vs. just trying to sell. We bought what was not even on display. I will recommend everybody I talk to at home (we live in Pensacola) to go there and deal with him. They were a hell of a lot better to deal with than the store here.

This was my 3rd bike from Harley of Panama City Beach. Great customer service and I had a awesome sales guy. Look him up, Lucas, he did a fantastic job.

The staff at Harley especially Carter who has been helping me on my journey to purchasing a new motorcycle. Between taking the riding course in June to purchasing and taking delivery of a 2021 Harley Davidson iron 883. In truth this bike will be a temp bike till my wife gets her endorsement. I will be returning to purchase another bike soon.
