Palmetto Inn & Suites

My family and I decided to go down to Florida for a couple days just to relax and enjoy the beach. We couldn’t have been happier with the room we were upgraded to. We had the beach view and waking up to that every morning was just breathtaking and that alone was enough to make us come back to the palmetto. The room was spacious and accommodating for the 3 of us. We didn’t have any complaints on the cleanliness of it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This place on the beachfront side is awesome! Big room, great balcony, clean and very enjoyable! The staff is very nice and the manager was very accommodating and wants to make sure you are happy with your stay there! We will definitely stay here again!

What a perfect beach spot! Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful grounds right on the beach, clean pool and hot tub, walking distance from restaurants and bars and shopping, nice lobby and gift shop, and reasonably priced. Airport shuttle included! A special thank you to Dan, the shuttle driver, and the front desk clerk for setting us up a ride for earlier in the morning than they typically go, to get us to the airport on time!

My name is Angela Taylor and my experience with Palmetto Inn and suites was through my son. He was with friends on spring break and they had some issues getting home. Mr. Baker was like a father figure to them and he should them so much love and concern and as a parent I will forever be thankful to him for that. My son went on and on about he could see the beach from his room and how Mr. Baker was so nice to them. I'm so grateful that people like Mr. Baker still exist and the seed he sowed in my child and the others lives that night will come back to him full blossom. I can't wait to visit again on better circumstances and stay there because I know I will be taking care of.

If i could rate higher i would! The customer service was amazing, Glenn is awesome & very respectful. Every front desk person i encountered was amazing. The room was ready rigtht as i got there & was very clean. The location is great and so are the views! I will definitely be returning when I come back!! THANK YALL FOR GIVING ME S GREAT EXPERIENCE

We happen to have a terrible experience with booking. When we got to Palmetto to receive the keys to our room there happen to not be any. Glen the manager went above and beyond to get us a room with a sister company, The following day we where able to get our room at the Palmetto. The staff was very friendly and the beach access was perfect for me and the littles. Without Glen our vacation would have been ruined, I cant say enough about the man behind the desk.

This is our favorite place in the whole world. Comfortable, safe, exceptionally clean. The staff is incredibly sweet. If you are trying to go to Panama City Beach, this is where you want to go. Trust me, it is the most beautiful, laid-back family, friendly adult friendly as well place to go.

Management was great and staff very nice. It’s a older building but don’t let that discourage you.

Rooms are clean and accommodating.

My family and I have stayed here for years. The Hotel offers a great pool , great staff, clean rooms. We don't spend allot of time in the room but we love it here. The price is more than fair with all the amenities you need. If your coming down to PCB then consider them.

We have been coming here for years when it was only two levels. Mr Rick and his employees are the best ! The pool is the cleanest in PCB the entire place is the best kept grounds and friendly group of owners and employees. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!! Keep up the great vacation experience we have every time .

We really enjoyed this hotel!! The prices were Amazing. The room was huge and it had a full size fridge in it. The shower was great the water hit you just right. The pool was clean and very deep I loved that. You don't see that any more and the hot tub was Amazing, it had a jet that got my back just right. We really enjoyed everything about this place. It even had fun games out side!! Bonus.

Love staying here for New Years. A little over a mile to pier park and a Winn Dixie across the street in case you forget something.

My wife and I would walk the beach everyday. The rooms were not only clean but the staff was happy to clean them whenever we asked. The little kitchenette was stocked and had everything we needed. Maybe some of the amenities are dated but it was hardly noticeable. I would gladly come back.

They needs to make it better for the winter. And the help ends to keep they ha ds to they self. Stop taken things dont belong to them.

It's an older Motel that's located in Simpsonville, SC. It's nothing fancy, it doesn't have a pool but, the rooms are big and they're clean. The rates are cheap, the beds are comfortable, & the rooms are clean. Nothing fancy but, great place to get a good night's sleep & shower.

We will be back! Very nice room. Perfect location.

Amazing hotel find. You can't beat the location We had a double queen with kitchenette and it was perfect for our week stay. We never used the table and instead ate all our meals on the patio with amazing views of the gulf. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Snack bar and ability to buy beverages from cooler at any time very convenient. Pool area, is great and very well cared for. We watched it be cleaned every morning. Add in the Tiki bar, shuffle board, soccer pool, grilling area, covered pavilions and a gorgeous beach and it's a perfect family vacation location.

GREAT staff, GREAT family hotel, only place I’ll stay in PCB now & forever! They’re so helpful, willing to assist with any & all needs/wants from the front desk, gift shop, housekeeping, maintenance, EVERYONE! Even their guests, the families there are friendly & kind! I’ll be back there in august, thank you all, I’m so grateful to you all!

Was a very nice hotel. I stayed across the street at the smaller building so I was a little worried it would be gross but for the money it was definitely sufficient. I've paid more in PCB for worse. I'd definitely stay here again.

First time staying here and we loved it great location and rooms was very clean and they have a great gift shop lobby and the pool was awesome and they have a tiki bar by the pool also, will be staying here again for sure
