We were unable to communicate with our insurance carrier after the damage from Hurricane Ian. We turned our claim over to Noble PA Group . Ben McGee of the Noble Group was able to negotiate a settlement that was 3 times more than what we were initially offered. After correct documentation, a reinspection and months of diligent negotiation we received an acceptable settlement. We were then able to restore our house back to its previous condition. We could not have done this without their expertise. We highly recommend them.

Ben Maxwell was a great advisor and negotiator with the insurance company. After he got involved, the insurance company finally did what they were supposed to do…(pay for damage from the storm). We hired Noble Public Adjusters Group a few weeks ago to help us get our insurance company to settle our Hurricane Ian claim. We are so happy we did and should have done it much sooner! We had Adjuster William Dishaw come view our home’s damage and document not just not what we knew of but also what he found was damage. Could not have been a better visit and a relief to hire someone on our side and not the insurance company side. He set us up to be able to monitor at any time a client portal to view progress. He sent us Brent Williams of Matterport to scan our home and while Brent was documenting damage with pictures he saw more we did know we had. Brent was professional and informative. His eagle eyes are amazing. Never would have seen the damage he saw. This entire experience so far has been professional and we are so very happy to be on board with Noble Public Adjusters Group!!! We realized we need someone to help with our Hurricane Michael insurance claim and Noble was recommended by others in our situation. Susan and Emile were quick to respond and thoroughly inspected our home. They found issues we had no idea we were experiencing. Our insurance company either had not noticed the problems or had neglected to tell us. They’ve helped with any questions we’ve had and also provided support when dealing with inspectors. They were both present at our last inspection and Susan also attended a Zoom conference with me. They are very knowledgeable and current in their field. After several months of trying to deal with my insurance company on the damage to my condo that was caused by a neighbor, I had had enough of them trying to short change me and giving me the run around. I don't normally leave reviews in the middle of a service, but in this case i feel accolades are well deserved. I was terrified with my work schedule attempting an insurance claim as they can be a lengthy, inconvenient process. Tyler Spalding at Noble Public Adjusting however has made this a painless process. Tyler set honest expectations of service and has been able to exceed those expectations more than once. My fears of a big insurance claim have been turned around Tyler keeps me informed and connected to the process even with my busy schedule. Tyler even made a point to be at my home during my insurance providers initial estimate. The part that was amazing is he handled this while I was working. A neighbor let them in and Tyler tackled this off my to-do list. This premier level of service assures me I'm being well taken care of, and the wealth of knowledge Noble has provided is astonishing. Noble Public Adjusting Group has given me the confidence to get through this overly complicated process.

Noble Public Adjusting group has been such a blessing to our family. From the very beginning I felt like we had a special bond with Susan McGee . We asked Noble for help a year after Hurricane Michael did extensive damage to our house. Our insurance company initially paid us less than the amount to repair our roof.
After going thru several adjusters Ariel Morales began handling our claim. Ariel continued working thru our claim even after our insurance company went bankrupt. He helped navigate the process thru FIGA which was quite challenging to say the least. We ended up going to appraisal then having to engage an umpire. We finally got the help we needed and fair settlement. We would have never been able to recover the expense of our home repairs. Thank you so much Ariel! We really appreciate your help and persistence.

I initially contacted Noble Public Adjusting Group when I opened my attic several months ago and discovered a beam of light shining through the roof. They took my claim and started to document the cause of the damage. Noble offered a free inspection, so I had my wife's parents roof inspected also and it turned out to have way more problems than my roof did. Needless to say, Noble took that claim also. Both cases had to go to court, and Noble has a team of Lawyers (Morgan Law Group) that I hired to handle both claims. Morgan and Noble prosecuted the claims and got settlements on both. New roofs installed at both locations, and we are beyond satisfied. I highly recommend Noble Public Adjusting Group.

I’ve been with Noble since January, they have helped in every way possible. Susan, Kathy, and the rest of the Noble team were so amazing. They made this stressful process bearable and were always kind, understanding, and always available to answer questions and concerns. Now, my insurance company is another story (what a surprise). Now, I’m going to appraisal which Susan has guided me to the right channels for this process This is a true blessing due to the fact I’m having some major things going on my life. I am not one who typically writes reviews but I had to write one for Noble. I hope we never have to experience anything like the devastation that hurricane Michael caused us again, but I am thankful that Noble Public Adjusting Group is there. They genuinely care about their customers, Kim Erck specifically. Her empathy for her clients is admirable and she goes out of her way to try and make this process easier for everyone. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

After living in Panama City Beach, FL for over 29 years, the inevitable finally happened. On October 10, 2018, my home suffered major damage from Hurricane Michael. After unsuccessfully trying to negotiate for 3 months with the insurance company for a fair settlement to repair my home, I felt the need to hire a Public Adjuster. I did not know where or who to turn to. Noble Adjusting Group came very highly recommended, and I have to say, they surpassed ALL of my expectations. With their experts and extremely competent staff, they were able to reach a settlement with my insurance company that was almost "five" times the amount originally offered. Now, thanks to Noble, I am able to repair my home. If anyone is on the fence, and in need of help with an insurance claim, I can highly recommend Noble Adjusting Group, because I can personally attest to the fact that their honest integrity and the results they are able to acheive, speaks for itself! I want to send out a special "Thank You" to all the people, who I now consider friends at Noble, for helping me at one of the most trying times of my life. I thought I had received all that I was going to get from my insurance company after Hurricane Sally. Emile and Susan met with me and looked at the damage with an entirely different perspective and knowledge skillset. They are both extremely friendly and seem to really care about the claims process in regard to fairness for their clients. I highly recommend giving them a call. I may not receive anything but I at least I know I tried and I am confident I chose the right company to work with. I also just got very lucky when it was Emile and Susan that showed up at my house. Super people!
