In reference to Barrington Ricketts I'd like to know how a 2 week old water pump is broken in 2 places? Seems like you tried pulling a fast one to me. Especially with that being an internal water pump off of a Duramax clearly. You are not able to see the water pump without removing it from the unit. And doesn't the company do there own warranty work and handle there own warranty work if given a chance too? I've never once had a problem from them, and have had my friends and family come there for years with absolutely no complaints. I think your story is missing some crucial details which would need said if you're going to call them out like that.

I brought in my reefer here for service
The lady that answers the phone gave me directions and told me what they about far as servicing and pricing!
Mr mike was super friendly wasn’t over charged did a Pm for my reefer unit far as oil change belts good people to deal with their gate is open 24 hrs for after hours parking avaliable even tho it’s a tight area call a head time to make arrangements
