Over the last year I have been so fortunate to have found affordable auto insurance as well as *real* customer service. Yesterday, without an appointment, I stopped in to see my agent Casey - well aware that without an appointment, I don't expect to be able to speak to him directly. I simply wanted to personally say I was grateful for my insurance and the fact that I had control over the cost of it using the Drive Safe & Save app. (This is a great concept!!) Thank you, Casey, for immediately jumping up to help. You gave me valuable information about the app and the way it works ... as well as answered a slew of general insurance questions I had. Glad for this friendly and efficient office.

Bought a new car in another state and was concerned about driving home without insurance. Casey set it up so the moment I called him with the purchase accomplished, he put my insurance in place. It was a two minute call. This may be a common way to handle this, but I don't know because I'm not in the habit of buying cars. All I know is Casey did a good job for me and I really appreciate it!!
