From the minute you walk into Parkway Dental it’s like a breath of fresh air. The staff is so cheerful and welcoming. Dr Bertrand was not only professional but also so comforting and compassionate. I might add that her smile lit up the whole room. Highly recommended.

We have been to Parkway Dental Associates multiple times for various dental procedures and regular cleanings, and each visit has been fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the doctors are always helpful and caring. The hygienists are top-notch as well. Not to mention, they are a great local business that truly cares and supports their community and local businesses. Highly recommend for a great dental experience!

They are always professional, caring and keep the patient comfortable, very clean, and always have the patients best interest. I went in to have a cavity filled at 1:30 and was out by 1:55. Love this place!

Great staff. Appointment was at 0900 and I was called back at 0904. Tech was very nice and very gentle cleaning my teeth. I was in and out in a flash. Mouth feels wonderful. I highly recommend this dentist office for all your dental needs. Thanks again for a job well done.

I am a new patient and today was my first appointment. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the comfortable waiting room, the kind personalized greeting I received and the short wait time ( although I had an early appointment). The doctor came to greet me and assessed my implant, the technical assistant was professional and capable. All in all I truly enjoyed the experience. Happy to have found them .

I was down visiting family when I broke a tooth, my sister is a retired Dental Hygienist so I called her to see who she recommended to fix my tooth and possibly could get in with. She recommended Dr. Goodreau, which is where she goes.

I called not expecting to get in anytime soon but to my surprise I was able to get an appointment!!!! I explained my situation and the receptionist worked miracles to get me in a day and half later!!

Dr. Good read and Nicole were fabulous!! They were friendly and went right to work. They did a fantastic job repairing my tooth. I am so thankful!! Everyone was friendly and happy to be there working. Thank you for making the rest of my stay enjoyable!!

I drive 30 mins from the East End and it is worth every minute. There may be some things you can cut corners on in life, dentistry is not one of them!

They are always booked up (there’s a reason for that, it’s worth the wait) but if I’ve ever had an emergency come up they have gotten me in within 24 hours. Every single person that works here from the front desk to hygienist to dentist is so personable and professional. Highly recommend.

Parkway always provides great service! I’ve had an implant, several crowns and cavities done. Always great results. My dental hygienist is also awesome! I like that they are organized and get things done quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend!

I’m very skeptical of most dentists, they usually just hunt for gold in your mouth. This practice is excellent. They are honest and fair and have amazing customer service. I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed how smoothly my first visit went. The office ladies were friendly and accommodating to my scheduling needs. The hygienist was knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. Lastly the dentist seemed caring and patient. This office runs like a well oiled machine.

I think Dr Goodreau and his assistant Sofia are the best dentist and assistant I have ever had in my life, and I’m 60 yrs old. They know their stuff! I travel 96 miles just to go to them. Am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful dentist.

So professional, so empathetic and sensitive to our phobias. From the patient initial intake through the Dentist’ and his assistant to the processing of the charges and coordinating with extraction specialists it was an incredibly well oiled staff and an over good experience!

Doctor Richardson and Diana worked so well together they hardly had to talk during the. crown procedure. They constantly asked how I was doing and re-enforcing that I was doing well.

I am voluntarily going back for additional procedures. I am completely happy with expectations exceeded.

I’ve been a regular patient of Parkway Dental for about four years now and they’re the best I’ve ever seen. I had an extremely painful toothache recently and they went above and beyond. They were able to see me right away the next morning, and although they couldn’t perform the extraction themselves, they set me up with an appointment in Panama City within two hours. I’m so grateful for their help and repeated exceptional service. They really care!

Dr Richardson and staff are without the BEST. The entire office is personal and truly care for you as a patient. The dental work is excellent!
