Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service is always top notch. Cars are always clean and in good repair. Their return option are usually very good. Most of the time someone is always waiting out in the return area to facilitate the return. My situation was a bit of an after hours return, so I had to walk into the airport to return the key to the drop box. I would most definitely rent from here again.

Customer service at the Panama City Airport was outstanding. Very easy check in and getting the vehicle from the parking lot. Would recommend and use again.

We rented a car at ECP, they were efficient, friendly and great to work with. The attendant, James, received our car when we returned it. He was timely and super helpful as we had to catch a flight.

My experience at the Airport location in Panama City has been my absolute best experience with Enterprise. The desk agent waited for me until 11:00pm after my flight was delayed. He was pleasant, courteous, efficient, and even upgraded the vehicle I had rented. The return process could not have been better either. I very much enjoyed the entire experience! We’ll done!!

I give a 5 Star review. The moment i walked up to counter at the airport it was a very cheerful lady helping us we was going to our van in less than 10 minutes. She went and got the car seats. The van was very clean and very comfortable for our family.

Very simple process from reservation to pick up and drop off. Heather was very helpful during my pick up at ECP and even sent an email to ensure I had the best customer experience.

Rented an SUV from Enterprise in PCB. Great vehicle. Exceeded expectations. There was a system error when we picked up the car which caused about a half hour delay at pick up. Associates at the counter were kind and pleasant.
I mentioned it to Jeremy who was the young man who took the car back upon our return. He then offered to refund me the full gas tank which I had pre-paid since I only had used about half a tank. Great customer service skills and service.
Highly recommend using them when in PCB.

After a short wait in line, the counter rep Eden was friendly, efficient, and within several minutes we were on our way to our vehicle. The return was equally pleasant. The vehicle, though a different make/model, was clean and performed perfectly for the entire weeklong rental. My only gripe is the the two oversized key fobs were hardwired together with steel cable that proved annoyingly bulky in my pants pocket. I still cannot reason why this is done; with an additional driver signed on we technically only had just one double fob that we had to share.

Kim was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the airport was mayhem. She moved through a lot of people in the rental line efficiently and will definitely rent from Enterprise next time we visit. Thank you Kim!

Flew into Panama City Beach. The rental counter was right next to baggage claim, so as we were waiting for luggage I was able to get our car. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Car return couldn't have been easier. Park in a spot, there was a gentleman right there to take the keys and check the car in. Took less than 5 minutes and we were on our way. The car was spotless and very nice. The people we dealt with were super friendly and very helpful. Kudos to your team (I hope you appreciate them as much as we did)!

The Enterprise consultant was very professional and they picked out a very nice clean car for me! Everything went smoothly! Except the ECP airport should have baggage carts at the car drop off area! It was a struggle to get my luggage back to the airport!

I highly recommend Enterprise Car Rental at the Panama City, Fl Airport. The vehicle (Cadillac Escalade) was pristine and ready for us when we arrived.
No problems. No worries. And the best pricing for a large family vacation vehicle.

I checked my car out online prior to getting in line. When I got up to the front my check in went very fast and smoothly. The people in front of me took a lot longer to check in. I would highly recommend checking in virtually prior to your arrival. Return was easy as well.

Arrived in Panama City Beach airport and proceeded to the baggage claim/rental car area. At the rental car checkout counter, Nicole was very personable and kind, which, was sincerely appreciated after a long day of travel. She made the process of getting the rental car very easy, even helping to merge two reservations into one (so we could get our desired vehicle right away). She was efficient, kind, and made the process very seemless. The car was reliable, clean, and as advertised. Return process was incredibly easy as well. Truly had a top notch experience.

WOW. What incredible service from start to finish. Easy pickup, easy drop off. So very kind. I have to give major credit and thanks to Taija (sorry if that is not the correct spelling!) and Nicole at ECP for making my Momma's birthday trip to the beach one of the best yet. Car was what I asked for. I was ready at pickup, clean and close. Return was easy too. That’s why I always use Enterprise.

I picked up my rental cat in panama city florida at the air port. Natasha helped me and was the BEST ever i have had the pleasure of dealing with. She is fantastic, knew everything and was very quick. She also was able to move around or change my rental car so I was in a vehicle that fit my needs for the job. Again, Natasha was awesome..
