Love this place, all the employees are super helpful. Kaycee checked me out today, she’s super sweet and personable and showed me where to find my coupons online which i had no clue how to do before. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sometimes it is hard to find a staff person to help find something but this time a wonderful lady went into the back stock room and found what I needed. Store is very clean.

I heard through the grapevine that the Halloween and Creepy decor had arrived. I called the store first to see if indeed they did have the gear. And, Cassandra answered. She was so very pleasant and helpful. When we later arrived at the store she assisted us in finding everything we were looking for. We had a wonderful visit.

I went in to have custom framing. The young man who helped me was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. His idea really made the picture look better than I thought it could. Also, I had the picture back fairly quickly.

I love how big this store is. The last place we lived had a Michael's also, but it wasn’t nearly as big as this one. I love it. I also like how friendly the staff are.

Customer service and outstanding agent in the photo section for framing and pictures they did and outstand the job on farming my photos thanks a million.

We went in to have a birthday gift framed, staff was very helpful and friendly with choosing the style of frame and matting to be used. They spent a fair amount of time going through multiple options with us and never once pressured us to up-sell or rush to buy anything. I wish I could remember all 3 of the staff members names because they deserve recognition for being what customer service is all about.
We are awaiting for the final product to be received but if the end result is anything like what computer showed a draft image mock-up of, I know its going to be a big hit with the recipient.

Vernon in the framing department is by far the best! He was so helpful and patient with me. Vernon had my custom framed item ready for me quickly and it’s done beautifully!! I talked to 3 other framing places before reaching out here and I’m so happy I went to Michaels! Again, a huge thank you to Vernon and his beautiful craftsmen-ship!!

The employees, Glorida, Janet and the manager are very nice and helpful! The store is like an adults' disneyland offering anything you want and lots of ideas. It is clean and check out is a breeze. Go ladies and thank you! They are always welcoming to Sami my little Toy Poodle too. We love that!
