The gentleman I spoke with on day before Xmas was a great employee. He was informative and spoke with kindness when I called searching for a Switch for my boys for Xmas. I can't recall his name but I wish I did to give him praise. From the phone conversation I was pleased with his good work ethics and customer service.

On a different day a GameStop employee charged my wife the new game price for a game that was already opened. When we went back to inquire about it, Julia made everything right and even suggested a game that was actually good for my emotional health. Thank you Julia.

Shout-out to Douglas, he was a fantastic help, great customer support, and just an overall really fun and awesome person! Thank you my friend.

The salesmen were very helpful and were right there to answer any questions. They greeted us as we came in and had a very good disposition even though the store was full. They we're knowledgeable of every game I asked about and even recommended some that I found I liked. I ended up purchasing four games without pressure and spending the amount I had set for myself on games. Bravo on your choice of employees.

I’ve been shopping at this GameStop for quite a few years and will continue to do so. The main reason I buy my video games, accessories, and collectibles at this store as opposed to my many other options is Doug, the store manager. Doug is always personable, professional, and informative. He always remembers his regular customers and is welcoming to all. The rest of the staff do a great job as well.

The employee at the store was super helpful and friendly! Definitely makes in-store visits worth the time over dealing with Gamestop online and all the issues it has with customer service.

Super great staff! After calling a closer GameStop and being told they “might” have a game that we wanted and then driving to their store only to be told they didn’t have it we decided it was worth driving out a little further to get it. The staff that answered the phone was very helpful and clearly knew what they were doing and even more impressive in store. Game was ready as soon as we walked in and we were in and out in only a few seconds! Best experience I’ve ever had at a GameStop! Also Animal Crossing was so worth the 2 hour drive

I've been coming to this one for a few years from time to time when a sale is happening or something I really want is coming out and I don't want to drive 45 minutes to Best Buy to save $10. The staff is great, especially the manager, Douglas, who is always kind and punctual whenever I have questions. They do "midnight" releases for almost any prolific launch of a new game, just takes a couple of minutes after closing time to grab it and go. I've never had a bad experience, although I was denied trading in an iPhone one time because their system was down, that wasn't their fault. Also, it's not closed, just moved to a new location (which is now updated on the map) in Pier Park and is closer to highway 98. The new location is larger, which is great, so they can hold more games on the shelves. Again, they have a great staff who is knowledgeable if you have questions, polite and eager to help.

Every time I go in there, the customer service is always really good. They ask me if I need help with anything, if there's anything they can do, and furthermore assist in helping me get the most out of my returns. Sure, the returns aren't always the best rate, but there isn't a negative thing anyone can say about the customer service there, because it's fantastic.

Love the store set up!! Also the nice man working currently was the upmost sweetest!! This is the best GameStop to go to in bay county! Hands down!!

Everytime I go in they are super nice. Make everything easy and whatever they don't have they will tell you where you can find it.

The clerk at this gamestop was probably one of the nicest and knowledgeable clerk I've ever been helped by. I don't have a popular taste in games but he still gave correct info and never tried to upset me on something I didn't want, just cause the masses play it. Great job

This GameStop is so much better than every other local GameStop’s. Me and my girlfriend had received bad service at the closer location and we drove all the way to pier park to get our game and when we got there they already had the game out waiting for us. The guy was super awesome on the phone and nice and even nicer in person . Awesome place and awesome employees.

Wow, talk about about friendly and knowledgeable customer service, these guys rock. Always taking care of their customers and great management, even if you're closer to another gamestop or game store in general, take the extra drive to get exemplary service.

We love bringing the kids in here after they have earned new games through their hard work. The staff is knowledgeable on upcoming games and consoles as well as the history of many items and sets throughout the store.
