The whole experience was amazing! We had the pleasure of talking to Ashley and she was so friendly and very knowledgeable! She gave us great advice about the different disposables, flavors, nicotine levels, & then we just spent about 30 minutes just sitting and talking to her! She was just a joy to talk to! We will definitely be coming here every time we’re in Florida and will be recommending all our friends here when they come visit as well!!!

I was really pleased with the store. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. A special shout-out to Tyler, who made a new bottle of juice because the first one was too strong for me. He offered suggestions that were very helpful and I certainly appreciated his expertise and kindness.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Me and my husband are from GA and needed to get some juice and found this place and now I wish they had a location in GA. I struggle finding juice I like ( very picky ) Ashley and Tyler were so helpful and they can search and replicate your favorite juice! Such an amazing unique store.. you gotta check it out!!

I can honestly say that I have never experienced such great customer service in all my life. This place is amazing! I went in to buy a vape for my first time to help me quit smoking and the lady at front desk promptly helped me. I had some issues with my device, went back in and she not only took care of the issue but she went above and beyond to take care of the issue.
They also mix their own juices which I love! I have looked everywhere to find another vape shop that does this and I’ve yet to find one.

Was visiting my son in PCB and I ran out of juice. While shopping in Pier Park saw this store and decided to go in to see if they had my favorite flavor. Upon talking to the couple as far as what my taste was (I'm very particular), the woman said she could mix what I had described to her. I was amazed at the flavor that she had put together for me. It was so much better than the juice I was purchasing back home. Full flavor and the taste that was extremely pleasing. I don't live in PCB, but you can rest assure I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Great job !!!!!

This place was awesome!!! Just went there.. like just now .. and I couldn't get to the reviews fast enough. I'm from Kentucky and my cape went bad. Went there, they diagnosed it... and helped me and it was way better prices then back home. Thank you sooooo much to the guys working there today. I should have gotten your alls name. And btw.... this is the best top I've ever had...!!!! Thank goodness the capacity is larger, cuz I can't stop puffing it!

Always a pleasure at the Pier Park North location. Day, the employee who assisted us today, went above and beyond in taking care of us. He provided exceptional, courteous customer service, was highly knowledgeable of the products in store, and went out of his way to ensure we left satisfied with our purchases. This past weekend I bought my first real vape. All I used was disposables, so I had no idea what I was looking for. It was fairly busy on a Saturday afternoon but Ashley made time for me to explain all about every single item they had in the store. She helped me pick out a Geek vape model, which is perfect, then handmade the flavor she helped me choose as well.. And they do all of this right in front of the customers. Not only was she very knowledgeable about everything in the store , she was also very friendly and not one of those pushy salespeople.
