Super close to the beach and beach is lovely. Laundry is modern, showers are hot and powerful, bathrooms cleaned often. Pool and garbage on site. Amazing park, prices and location more than reasonable.
The only downside is the wifi, it's unprotected, often no internet at all available to stream a movie in the evening.

Great RV park. Rates are pretty good for amenities and location. Some of the spots are tight for pulling in the pull-throughs in a 34' Class A with all the pine trees and narrow roads between rows. Especially with cars parked on lots behind you. Better to back in your spot from front of site probably. Great location with 2 pools and literally right across the street from the beach ( although a little walk - we actually drove and parked in the public lot just in front of beach. You can rent a golf cart at end of road on Front Beach road just outside park. Carpet golf and a water park just outside park as well.

We came down and stayed in 107 for the week of the 4th of July. The campground was very full and we had septic issues at first. The campground workers were quick to get it fixed even when they realized they’d have to call out another company. We could have walked to and from the beach but we had two kids with us so we rented a golf cart from the place right outside the campground and didn’t need to leave Front beach road again. We had such a good time we even added a night to our stay. Campground was clean, has an amazing history and is well staffed. We’ll definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Has WiFi and cable hook up. Very safe cemented trail road that leads straight to the beach. It has a daiquiri and golf cart rental shop steps away. Also it’s literally right next door to the waterpark. Very shaded so the campers are not hot. Has all the amenities you will need. Washer/dryer/etc. also has 2 large pools that are clean. It has a basketball court and a playground for the kids. The entire campground has cemented roads so riding bikes and scooters are a breeze. Check in was very easy and the front desk was very welcoming. We will most definitely be back!

This has become our favorite campground. The location is perfect if you like the beach. There is also a dollar general within walking distance.

Randomly ended up here in November and was pleasantly surprised. This appears to be the only shady campground in the area. The trees do make some of the sites tight; take your time backing in and enjoy the shade. There are campground cats, who are clearly well cared-for residents. They live here, I’m just a visitor. We enjoyed the pools, the walk to the beach, and the quiet ambiance. Yes there are pine cones and pine needles, it’s a forested area. But we never saw any trash or any of the other undesirables one witnesses at some RV parks. We’d stay here again, absolutely.

Absolutely love this place. Very shaded. Full of great people. And right near the beach. Go play Goofy Golf next door. Its the most unique mini golf course I've ever been too.

It takes staying here to truly appreciate it. The people are super friendly, both staff and guests. The pools are clean. The bathrooms are never too busy, nor are the pools, and the walk to the beach is short. There are plenty of reasons to stay here, but on a busy holiday, not having to find beach parking at one of the nicest beaches around is the best perk of all.

Love, love , LOVED this campground! The staff was over the top friendly on our stay and rates where extremely reasonable for the location. Never had to drive to the beach just had a short walk. I can only speak for the lot I was in but it was clean and level. That being said I didn't see any leveling blocks under any other r.v. on site. Pools are clean and provided non sandy cool off water time after enjoying the gulf all day.

Location is great! Short walk to the beach, putt-putt, water park, Dollar General, Alvin's Island, and a short drive to Walmart and Pier Park. Campsites were tight but not any worse than other campgrounds around, and this campground is shaded. There are exposed roots but our site 32 was level and the roots didn't bother us. There are resident cats but they hang out at the front office or in the gazebo at the rear of the campground. Cats don't bother us. Mice control is always a plus to us! The place was very clean and the lady in the office was so nice and helpful. This place has a small-time, family feel to it. We loved it and will definitely return!

We stayed for 3 nights on a vacation trip. The park was well-lit and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The park is large with grassy pads. We had a pull-through site which was very roomy. The park is just a short walk from the beach. The laundry room was clean and the machines were in good condition. The restroom/shower areas were clean. We would like to come back and stay longer if the opportunity arises.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and campgrounds were clean. Some of the camping spaces are tight but manageable. We took our 4 small dogs and they had a blast.Great location for food, shopping, and the beach. The only complaint I have is the 4th shower stall in the women's side needs a new shower head unless you enjoy taking a shower that's involuntary exfoliating.

Wonderful RV spot with pull-through spots within walking distance to Panama City Beach. Has a clean bath house and very welcoming office folks. A family environment with kids running around / play areas and two pools. 30/50amp, water, and sewer hookups. They were able to accommodate me on the 4th of July weekend without a reservation.

10/10 recommended RRC. Staff was nice. Bath houses were clean. Laundry room was clean. Less than half a mile from a public peer. Both pools were clean and nice. Playground was awesome. My kids 7&9 enjoyed riding their bikes around the campground. Spots can be tight but manageable. Picnic table in each lot. We stayed 6 days 5 night and can't wait to go back.
