Always love visiting this Home Depot location. The people working are really nice. They try and help you find what you need and if they can't they find someone who can. I've gone in on a tight budget for a big project and they have helped me find everything I needed and more under budget!

Ereitha is truly an asset to your company. I’ve interacted with her several times in the store, both purchasing and returning. World-class service… And very pleasant.

I'm usually a Lowe's shopped but had stopped in a few weeks ago with a particular problem and Jim solved it with tool recommendations. He was so very nice and helpful. Today I was assisted by Kellie who looked up the items I was interested in buying and gave me the aisle numbers. Very nice! I had trouble finding two of the items and encountered Billy, the Sales Manager who walked me to the items spanning one end of the store to the other. He was super nice and friendly and helped me find everything I needed. I am now a Home Depot customer!
Lisa was the cashier, and offered to find someone to help me get the goods to the car but I was fine with the cart. Thanks team and great job!

I have a vinyl fence business and purchase most of my products and tools from Home Depot. Barrette Backyards is the vendor for Home Depot, and I feel overall have the best vinyl fence products in the marketplace. It's a $2 billion company, and in the event of catastrophic storms, Home Depot is excellent at keeping up with the demands of the products at any location in the country!

for me only, lost so much of my time&money due to lowe's generic cheap plumbing parts/braided hoses etc, these parts leaked/failed within 1 year, from lowe's cheap rubbish!!

I was pleasantly pleased they went out of their way to try and help me light up a Christmas tree when they’re on a timer and they won’t be on till later so they actually picked the tree up and took it elsewhere. I plugged it in so I could see it, very much appreciated

Can’t even express how tough this moving experience has been. From having to pack everything myself to having to come to Home Depot to buy all the boxes to buying all the supplies to having to tow my own truck and attach my own hitch. There was a gentleman from the tools department, named Ricky he was extremely helpful, took the time to come out on the extremely blazing day to help me get my car on to the trailer. These type of efforts. Don’t go unnoticed when it comes to customer service

Randi provided amazing costumer service at the plumbing department today. He listen carefully and provided solutions. I applied what he said and completed the plumbing portion beyond expectations.

It’s nice to have people actually take the time to help you at the big box stores. I was having trouble with an order and Kenisha B. went above and beyond to help!! Great job on the hire Home Depot, she will be the reason I return!!

Excellent customer service. Employees go out of their way to assist. Needed to rent a trailer tonight. Although the rental part was closed, Shaun went above and beyond to help us reserve one for tomorrow. Greatly appreciated his assistance.

What a great place. So friendly with the kids and with out asking gave them little aprons and projects. Always a friendly staff 🛠

Ricky in the tool rental section was so, so helpful when I came by today to rent a circular saw and brad nailer. I’ve never used either tool and he took the time to show and explain how each one works. He was even hyping me up when I said I was nervous about using them lol. Thank you for being so kind and helpful, Ricky!

Most of the time it's hard to find an employee to help you, but on this visit I was able to find somebody quickly. She was very nice! And extremely helpful. Helped me resolve my hardware issue!

I had to return a defective tankless water heater and had receipt problem. I had to talk to two people before I got to Missy! Missy went above and beyond to help us. She deserves a raise!

This place has everything you can need for any type of home or building supplies you need and then more.Employees are helpful knowledgeable and polite.And the place is big.

Called to make sure a product was on the shelf in Garden department but no one answered. But the customer service associate named Ebony ended up assisting me. She was very willing to help and walked to garden department for me and pulled the last item on the shelf for me so that I could make a successful trip that evening before they closed. Arrived and she had my item there waiting just as she promised. Hope she is rewarded one day soon for such outstanding customer service.

As a new homeowner, projects can be very daunting. I always get great customer care at this store, especially from Scott in the paint department. He goes above and beyond to offer great insight :)
