Not on the water. But, these condos are really nice and not far from beach access. The wheelchair access is a bit further, and that made things a little harder for us. The bottom floor of condo is complete mother in law suit with walk-in shower and built in chair. 2nd floor is complete living room, kitchen and bedroom. 3rd floor is spacious master suite. We enjoyed our stay here
