Beautiful sunsets!
Wonderful condo, steps from the elevator. Condo had good quality furnishings (except for mattress and bed in primary bedroom - needs to be updated). Nice balcony furniture and a box with beach items you can use and return! Amazing sunset view. Last high rise on the strip so no crowd if you just want to walk the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Grady room and the walk to the beach is really short, several good restaurants really close too. Our room was close to the elevator and we never waited very long. The parking is almost all covered as well

The condo was very nice and clean. We had no problems getting in our property when we arrived. This property is perfect for families. It is located on the far west end of PCB so it wasn't congested at all and the beach was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

A great escape

This place was wonderful. Great beach view from the balcony and living room. Plenty of towels and paper products. It was so clean that it felt like home. The only 2 very minor issues had both pros and cons. The towel bar and sliding balcony door were missing screws and just hanging on. The good news is that we reported it to vacasa and they were fixed as quickly as possible. A previous renter should have reported the maintenance items. The other good news is that we were provided 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach. I suggest that the rental agreement or condo description include that these chairs are assigned seating. We ended up sitting in another couple's spot and had to move after 30 minutes. It was unintentional and made me feel a bit like a jerk. Other than those 2 little issues, my husband and i really enjoyed our time and 100% would book again next vacation!

The condo was great!! Very clean and neat upon arrival, very pretty decor, and the view is amazing! Being on the 23rd floor scared me at first but once we got there it was magical on the balcony!! The condo had everything we needed. Being the last condo on that side of pcb, made for a perfect environment. There were more families than partygoers, which made it even more relaxing. It is definitely worth being away from the hustle of the pier.

First time coming here and I must say we will be back. Love the fact that you don't have to check in. They have 2 pools one heated one not 2 hot tubs. Both outside one across the street but I highly recommend.

This third floor unit is the perfect level. The space was clean and lovely, though a little worn as far as some of the furnishings go. The bed isn’t terribly comfy, but we realize that’s a matter of personal preference anyway. We just like something softer. There were a few beach items we were glad to use, and we left our float there, too :) we appreciated plenty of towels, the washer/dryer, and hair dryer, and the initial supply of soaps, shampoos, and toilet paper. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the appliances are top notch. A new pair of scissors would be nice, too. The only thing i can think of that would be great to add in the unit is a full length mirror somewhere so us ladies can see how we look before we go out on the town :) the elevators worked great this time (they were a little slower last year), and the second floor walkover from the parking garage is wonderful. Overall, a great unit and the best condo to stay at on the quiet west end. There’s a wonderful little market down there called carousel, and a few places to eat a as well, if you want to stay out of the muck of the central beach area. Thank you for sharing 307 with us! Lord willing, we will stay here again!

This condo is nice had had lots of room for our family. I loved this corner unit. Lots of reviews stated that the elevators were slow but we seldom experienced that. We were only a few miles from Pier Park so the location was excellent.

Great location, beach chairs included is awesome. Nice room , well equipped kitchen.

This was a beautiful place. Far enough down from the "party" side of PCB. It was relaxed, the beach was very nice and not to crowded. The pools and hot tubs were very well kept. The pool across the street was heated and much larger than the one by the beach.
The only complaint was the unit we stayed in the beds were very uncomfortable. Otherwise no complaints.
Would definitely stay here again.

We love this resort. We have only ever stayed on the first or second floor. It's the perfect spot for a view and easy access to the pool and beach. Only con is that the pools are really cold, even in July.

I never write reviews but I just HAD to write one about this resort! The beds are PERFECT! I haven’t slept this amazing in ages. I don’t want to leave! Definitely coming back here.

This resort was amazing and the room we stayed in was even better than amazing. Everyone that worked there was MORE than friendly and they completely exceeded our expectations! We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the 23rd floor and the view from the wraparound balcony was explicit. The only thing I did not like was the fitness center. It was very limited as there was only 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical (old model) and a couple of very old bikes. So if you were trying to go with someone and there were other people already there, you just kinda had to wait. We were not too far from anything. The furthest we traveled was maybe 20 minutes the entire trip. The resort was amazing even though Panama city beach left more to be desired. They are still recovering from the hurricane Michael so I pray that they are able to rebuild and reinvent themselves...SOON!

Stayed here on our first vacation to a beach. Other than a leak with the toilet, it was great. When told, they repaired it quickly. Clean condo, beautiful view, enough kitchenwear to accommodate all our meals and easy access to the beach.

If you are new to this facility, park in the parking garage across the street. Take the second floor walkway over the road directly to the office. Most details are handled by email or texts with full instructions. No need for an office visit. 😎❤

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The view was amazing, the space was well taken care of, and the amenities were just right for our family. The pictures in the website are spot on for what we got when we arrived.

Great! On the water, great room! Quiet, nice balcony. Parking is across the street with catwalk on 2nd floor. Safe parking deck. Great location! Really enjoyed.

Super comfortable. Great access to a great beach. Excellent for families with children. Both pools are great alternatives after beach.
