We had a lot of damage from the storm. Apex was very professional, answered all our questions, stayed on schedule (even worked late to do so) and the crews did an excellent job! Highly recommended!

Did a great job on getting things replaced. However, if you need anything one repairs are done don't count on getting a response until you make multiple attempts.

I used these guys for a roof repair after the hurricane. You have to call or text multiple times to get a response if you have any questions or concerns.

Additionally, I have structural damage, sunken trusses, etc -- and they just roofed over it and said that the big dip in the roof was normal....

On top of that, they did not finish the chimney like the said they would. I had to call back several times and pay extra to get them to come add the panels on the chimney. They then failed to hook up the blowers and inside portions of the chimney cap. They ghosted me after I asked them to come finish the job.

I thought I had left a review for this a couple of years ago, but it must have gotten removed somehow. Absolutely do not use this company.

We were trying to get our roof replaced after a storm and were waiting for our Solar Panel company to come take the panels off so Apex could replace our roof. Apex took it upon themselves to remove our solar panels themselves, improperly stored the panels in our backyard which led to a couple panels being damaged. Which also led to them essentially voiding our warranty with the Solar Panel company and they refuse to put the panels back up or pay for damages THEY CAUSED due to their unprofessional handling of this whole project.

I would give minus 10 if I could. Electrical incomplete and not code compliant. Windows not installed according to manufacturer’s specifications which voids the warranty. Considerable debris left on premises. All work done without ever pulling a permit! Insisted work was complete and essentially abandoned the project. Refuses to respond or communicate. Do yourself a huge favor, never hire Apex Roofing Inc.

This company did a complete remodel of my house after the hurricane, all work is supposed to have a warranty. Originally they probably would have gotten 4 stars from me but over the last year things have already started to fall apart. Tom was slow to get things fixed, but he would eventually get most things done. We still had a list of things needing to be repaired when he passed away, his brother Chris who owns the company said that he was coming down to finish everything but did not show and now will not answer any calls or any texts. I have heard that he is trying to say that he is not responsible for the work on any jobs in florida and that Tom had done these without him knowing. I am not sure if this is true but I do know that he was well aware of our job since he came before a contract was ever signed, came during the work and has been a part of much of the communication during the process.
Most recently we had a leak in the wall by our new shower and needed to call a plumber since Chris would not call me back. The plumber showed me that the leak was coming from where pipes were attached and said that it looked like a do it your self job by someone who had no idea what they were doing. Plastic fittings were used with no sealant or Teflon tape, just pushed together and they were coming apart!
We were very understanding with the passing of Tom and tried to give the family time to grieve, but the ignoring of phone calls and texts at this point is ridiculous and poor business. When looking online and on BBB this looks to be the normal by Chris Osborne and his company in Illinois as there are multiple complaints of once the job is done there is no return of calls or even return of communication to the BBB. I don't think this company is in business in Florida anymore but they do have a company that appears to be open in Illinois, I would recommend to stay as far away as possible!

For starters it to his crew of 6 to do an 1800 ft² house that is standard pitch for Florida. Nothing too hard about it. Even though I am the tenant at the address that was being done, I was affected by them showing up Saturday before state hours that are approved for construction. Then showed up on Sunday which is a day where construction should not be being done per state laws. After coming home from work for the day and speaking to the guys working to remind them of The things that were missed, I called Apex roofing. The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude and defensive from the beginning and started to proceed to cuss me out. Told me I was a pain and his a$$ along with more said that I will not post. Poor customer service and very very defensive. Was the same way towards my neighbors when just asking questions about their place. Go somewhere else.
