Panda Express

Well everyone I am not big into Chinese food but this is my first time physically trying this place as a whole and this location since I am originally from Metro Atlanta area of Georgia where there are several locations of this place and this place was delicious love the orange chicken, rice, and fortunate cookies, definitely will be back! 👍🏻

We have been coming here for a while and recently have really enjoyed seeing Jeremiah when we come! He’s generous and extremely sweet and such a great asset to the team! Keep up the great work I can guarantee your parents are proud of the sweet young man you have become

I came here with my boyfriend to eat dinner. He ordered the chef's special and I ordered the broccoli beef and some teriyaki chicken. Or able to come here before this the dinner rush. The food is great and is very clean inside.

It took me 25 minutes to receive my food, but I am still giving it a 5/5 because:

First of all, the food is excellent. The chicken actually taste like they were marinated properly, spicy is indeed spicy, and the sweet and tangy is not overpowering. You can actually taste the individual flavors of the meat and vegetables which means that the ingredients were well taken care of and not frozen for too long.

Next, the manager Elaine was quick to respond to a mistake that happened during lunch time. My drink that I ordered did not get charged so I ended up paying twice. This is a simple mistake during busy lunch hours so it's okay.

Here is what really ticked me off a bit though:

I was told that the veggie sides would take around 8-10 mins and was told to wait in the parking lot because the food will be brought out to me. The food never came. At around 20 mins later at 12:18 pm I went inside to look for my lost cold order and was told that the order was now waiting for more kung pao chicken. It was looking like I was going to get my food 30 minutes after my order, which meant that me and my family would have been waiting in the parking lot for 30 mins with the engine running along with the AC (we have small children). I got a little upset.

Since I come to this chain often, I felt the need to find out if this is a regular occurance so that I could go eat somewhere else instead if I was in a hurry. I needed to speak to the manager.

Now this is what impressed me.

Manager Elaine actually agreed with me and empathized with me on the bad experience without any arguments at all! She told me that if she was the customer experiencing this, she would have done the same thing as me. She immediately spoke to her employees and their attitude changed immediately and furnished my meal exactly how my family wanted it. I for one am convinced that my experience is a rare occurance and even if it does happen again, I have a feeling Elaine will make it right.

So even though the experience at panda express was a longer one than expected. The experience was still 5/5. Thank you for the tasty meal. I would still recommend this place to my family and friends.

The food has always been good in my experience. The super greens are really a good dose of vitamins and taste good. The honey walnut shrimp tastes good and there are ample shrimps to satisfy.

What a great change the young men were full of energy ..service with a smile excellent customer service!! Made us fresh chowmein very apologetic

First time eating here i got the grilled teriyaki chicken with a chicken egg roll. The teriyaki was very good. I got the bowl portion and it was generous. The egg roll was ok gonna try the vegetable one next time. Would've been nice to have soy sauce available. The place was very clean despite the crowd. I especially like the fact they don't serve any pork products here. Great place for lunch.

The food is key here and the customer service they have it locked up here Great food and great service thank you so much

I have found a home for fast food. I do not eat it much, but I do love the pepper chicken bowl. Great flavor profiles and very filling for the price. I ate at Panda Express 10 years +/- ago and swore it off….. bad experience. I do not have enough great things to say about the freshness and quality of product. Good people, good management, and great quality.

It's Panda Express, standard experience at every location. Staff is friendly and the service is quick. Want a quick taste of "Chinese food" , then this is the place. It won't substitute a traditional restaurant but it can hold you over.

I love this location! This is our favorite place to get food. It is always fresh and very yummy. The honey sesame chicken is sooo good!😋.

So many times we have been let down by restaurants near us and we end up driving 45 minutes away to this place and they never disappoint! Always hot & fresh and always worth the wait! Online ordering and pick up is awesome! Love our Panda Express!

Service was fast .They were out of a few menu items did not get fortune cookies that sucked you want your fortune.

I went there last weekend and was greeted by a few employees which was awesome. The person that made my food was very polite with a nice smile and I could tell she was just trying to make their customers happy. They were very comfortable with what they were doing and seemed well trained and very professional. The cashier who I think was named “Alex” was also very polite and asked if I wanted to add anything to my order. After she thanked me for eating there and told me to have a great rest of my day. Very very very pleased with my visit and WILL DEFINITELY be back ALL THE TIME !! Keep up the work Panda on 23rd !!

shoutout to closing crew on 9/10/22. The person that took our order in the drive thru was extremely nice and patient even though we showed up last minute not knowing how to order bc we’d never been there. They cooked our beyond orange chicken fresh and it was 10/10.

Good food okay service they got my order right but not the tea it was sour but I can't complain it was almost closing time for them so I guess it's okay.

It's chain Asian food, so it is what it is. But this one is the best Panda location I have been to. It's always a steady flow of customers, so the food is always pretty fresh. A lot of these, the food sits for a while and isn't as good as this one. For what you pay, it's a good quick stop over other fast food.

Drive thru, for the wife whom enjoys the speed, effectiveness, menu knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Good food, good service and the convenience of not having to even get out the car. Very nice portion sizes and with 2nd road now open an excellent location.
