Holiday Inn Express & Suites Panama City-Tyndall, an IHG Hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel. Management and front desk staff are so helpful when it comes to encountering issues on your stay. Very accommodating and patient ! Rooms were spotless and clean.

Really lovely stay. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Justine at front desk was so helpful! Breakfast staff were always friendly and sunny every morning. Cleaning staff always seemed happy and so nice! Really great to have exceptional staff where u stay. Makes traveling much more pleasant.

Room was spacious and very clean. Lots of amenities. Gym was good size and good equipment. Pool was well kept and nice size (only wish they had lounge chairs out there). Great free breakfast every morning. (Fresh cinnabuns!!)

Hard to find good rooms and good hospitality these days so we are thankful for this place.

Justine is incredible at the front desk! She is very warm and inviting, she does amazing! On top of that the house keeping staff is is just overall incredible! Marcia and Gloria worked with us on when to come in and were always friendly and professional which was great because we have 6 kids. Donna in breakfast was my favorite...she was just the best! The staff really made our vacation amazing and makes this hotel as great as it is. Thank you guys!!

The staff was great. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. I will stay there again.

Justine greeted us at the desk with a smile and great attitude. Her professional appearance was greatly appreciated. The place smelled clean as soon as we walked through the doors. Justine was very happy to accomidate us for the night. Located away from all the chaotic and crazy beach vacationers. Nice and quiet. Very easy to get in and out of. Sign is lit up and easy to spot from the road, which is an added plus! Close to a good variety of places to eat.

Where do I begin? I travel often, I’ve avoided Holiday Inns because of a bad experience with fleas in Florida many years ago. Here I was booking this hotel because A, it was super reasonable at the tail end of spring break and b, the reviews were pretty good. If your in the fence, you need to book this! Clean clean room, bed was super comfy and the pillows were memory foam, so comfy! The lighting was superbly done, modern everything. The led light in the bathroom was so awesome that I’m googling them now for my bathroom! The breakfast buffet was super amazing, how about automatic pancake maker!! Great selection of pastries including hot cinnamon rolls. Really, just book this hotel. And a super bonus, no dogs or smoking!!!

Absolutely amazing service. We had a great time. I booked later in the day, had a room they "no longer had available"" and they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The receptionist was so helpful and kind. The pool was open late for guests to enjoy night swimming and our suite was beautiful and comfortable. Check out at 11 and great stay all around. Would definitely recommend to anyone... Whether vacationing or needing a good night sleep...

Room was very clean and spacious for a single king bed suite. Sonja at check in was wonderful.
Hot Breakfast was great.
The only issue was that Google map gave me the wrong direction on getting there.
It showed on the opposite side across the hwy. Not sure why.
Hope that can be fixed.
Other than that, everything was great.

Stayed with my boyfriend here while we were visiting his parents first the service was phenomenal front desk clerk Joshua was very sweet and attentive we didn't like the location of the room and he switched us no problem his services alone won me over not to mention the bed was very comfy we will definitely be back again.

This was just what we needed. The Hotel is actually back away from Tyndall parkway so there was no noise from the passing traffic. The kids slept well, the beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was quick and easy.

One thing; the express breakfast has a lot of single service packaging. If you want to avoid throwing garbage away after you eat, I would bring the following:

1) silverware roll w/ napkin
2) coffee mug
3) a reusable bowl

That will wipe out about 1/2 to 3/4 of the trash.

Oh, and the guy at the front desk was pretty cool.

I had a wonderful time here. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was amazing every morning. It was in a prime location near everything.

Very close to Tyndall. Excellent service by all. Very good complimentary breakfast bar. Room was spacious. Area well light at night. Swimming pool. We had 2 standard beds. Keruig coffeemaker in room. Hand grab in bathroom a very nice feature. Ample desk space and a foreign power outlet. Also we had 4 usb ports total. Room had small fridge, and microwave. Coin op laundry. Only one suggestion. Recycling should be available for soda cans, and waterbottles.

I enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn it was close to everything that I needed to be around for my business trip, I enjoyed the breakfast and we enjoy the swimming pool and the gym.

From the time I pulled into the driveway, to checking in, to getting to my room and going to bed I felt a sense of excellence. The property is well maintained and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

This is a great hotel for the price. Close to Tyndall air force base. Nearby shopping and restaurants. The staff is amazing.

A great base camp for Panama City Beach if you come down for a quick visit or a few days early for a oceanfront condo check-in. The staff was friendly, the food met the chains quality and despite the hurricane damage in the surrounding areas this property is 100% operational with the exception of a few cosmetic exterior issues. Recommend.

Nice and quite, and upgraded well. Friendly staff along with the perks of having ok Wi-Fi and Directv with HBO was nice. The breakfast is ok if you just don't want to eat out or need a spending break. Located around plenty of restaurants and stores. Very convenient. Only a 20 minute straight shot drive from the beaches and other attractions.

The STAFF, The STAFF, The STAFF! Wow! They are awesome. I love being there for several months with my job. Quite possible THE BEST experience I have ever had with a long term stay. Thank you to the staff for being so kind to me!
