I’m sure most of the bad reviews are politically based (which is just wrong) because I had a great experience.. yes the wait was a little long but that’s why you get to schedule your appointment whatever day fits best if you have things to do that’s kind of your fault, and what doctors office doesn’t have a long wait? But the desk lady and doctors I seen were so nice and worked very fast when I did get back there and did a fantastic job! I’d recommend this place to anyone! (Panama city location)

I’m seeing poor reviews from people who have never stepped foot in his office. They have never been treated by anyone at his office. That tells me everything about the one leaving the review and nothing about Dr. Ward.

He is spreading TRUTH ABOUT COVID. His sources are credible and reliable. Eat the meat, spit out the bones folks. It’s hard to hear but it’s TRUTH. Don’t be fooled. You want to “follow the science,” then hear all sides. You’ll be surprised. Science isn’t one sided whether you want it to be or not.

And for the love of God, don’t leave reviews for doctors that haven’t treated you.

Frankly, I am amazed at the negative reviews that this doctor is getting - they are totally unfair. I have never had any problems with his medical ability or any customer service issues with his staff. In fact, they are nicer than most physician offices and I recommend him. I don't think some of these complainers have actually seen the doctor and they should be disregarded entirely .

My experience with Dr Jon Ward was excellent. He is professional, caring, and was quick to diagnose my melanoma, which was removed by Dr Barry Newton that day!! Two weeks later, my incision was healed and no scar!! Very happy with everyone in this office!!!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ward’s for many years. I’d never go anywhere else. He’s up to date on techniques and new skin care lines and is very knowledgeable as a physician. His staff has always been polite, professional and knowledgeable. They go out of your way to make you feel comfortable in the office. I recommend this dermatology office over any other in the panhandle.

I was just sitting here reading all these negative reviews and am shocked! I saw him last year, and he not only treated my problem, he diagnosed another one I wasn’t aware of. In my book he is a great dermatologist.

I had a deep basal cell cancer above my lip on left side of face. Also had a squamous cell cancer on chest. Dr. Ward performed mohs surgery on both areas. He did the stitches himself on my face. He did so well on my face that even 3 months later it was hardly noticeable. Now 2 years later you would never even notice the scar . On my chest it is not noticeable at all either.
I am so satisfied and really was fortunate to have Dr. WARD do the procedure. He is very good, reassuring and as good if not better than a plastic surgeon.
You can feel secure knowing you can get the best possible care from Dr. Ward !!!
ALSO needed to mention he is an absolute Artist when doing BOTOX treatments. After using different doctors from other offices not affiliated with Dr. Ward, I know the difference between a good botox treatment and a bad one. Dr. Ward does not know bad , he does consistently perfect botox treatments every time .

Dr. Ward saved my forehead and my nose from skin cancer. If you are scared or panicking his staff is the best at helping you to feel more comfortable. I will not go to another skin dr.

I have been going to Dr. Ward for years. Very competent, knowledgeable, and professional. PA Perry and PA Preisser are as well. I have seen them all for a multitude of of issues. Positive results every time. Staff is professional and friendly as well.

Great physician, saw Dr. Ward for skin cancer removal and for a painful cyst removal. Did a great job and was a caring health care provider.

He is the most delightful Doctor and even makes Skin Cancer seem not so bad! He is there for his patients! Always smiling!

Dr. Ward and staff were very professional, attentive and easy to communicate with, and various recommendations and options explained in full detail. I'd highly recommend this doctor and staff for personal care. Definiately your "go-to" derm.

Dr. Ward has been treating our family for years. He has always taken a very professional approach towards each visit whether it be a skin cancer check or dealing with skin cancer.
