Splash Beach Resort - Panama City Beach Vacation Rentals

Pam Ela at the registration desk was extremely helpful on our arrival and every day after. She was always greeting people on their way in and out of the building with a smile on her face!
The common areas were always well maintained by very friendly staff.
The fitness center had a wide range of equipment for the guests.
The pools and splash areas were also well maintained…cleaned daily.
Security was available every evening…checking the parking area lot and common areas.
We plan to return next year.

This place was AMAZING. The views were amazing and the pools were really nice. The room I had was very clean. We were on the 19th floor and the elevator was very clean and big. It was also really fast. It goes down 18 floors in a matter of seconds. All rooms have a balcony. It has multiple vending machines and a little bakery. The bakery has lots of donuts. Their donuts are really good in my opinion. They have coffee, the coffee was really good. They also had ice cream. The store was never open in the evening so I wasn't able to try it. They have a big gym. The gym was equipped with almost everything you could think of. It also has direct access to the beach and you can rent jet skis, beach chairs, surf boards, etc. You could also have a bonfire on the beach at night.

Beachfront+ 2 pools and a Splash Water park. Beautiful updated condo. All common areas are clean and well lit. 3 floor garage with enclosed sky walk above over Front Beach Road to condos.

My family stayed through AirB&B and had a wonderful time! The gift shop hours are handled very informally and inconsistently, but otherwise everything was kept clean and functional. The kids were not a fan of the main splash zone as the bucket pours pretty frequently and is very loud, but the pools were a hit and the lazy river was plenty of fun. We went during September so crowds were low and the weather was milder.

Very nice place to stay with your kids, lots of fun , pools and fountains to relax in the shade after beach for everybody. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the lady on the front desk we've checked in with. Her name is Pamela, and I want to thank her again for helping us out. She is a very helpful person with a big heart ❤, it's our sixth time here, and there is no disappointment. We will continue to visit Splash Resort.

Second time staying here. Great for little kids 2-6. Play area with little kid friendly slides. Water pressure and noise is a little much but they didn't care after awhile. Multiple pools that are shaded all day. Easy access to beach.

Enjoyed a ten day vacation with family....all nine of us. Clean, spacious condo with all the amenities we'd need. Two kids - age 7 and 3. Beautiful view, plenty of things for the kiddos downstairs - pool, slides, etc. if the beach isn't their thing. Can get pretty crowded and loud but overall it's ok. Had an awesome time, would stay here again.

Great condo! It was clean upon arrival. The Splash Resort staff was very extremely friendly the whole week. The Riptide restaurant on site was always great and staff was friendly too. We would definitely go back!

We have stayed here before, but it had been about 7 or 8 years ago. When we came it was the first time for our daughter to experience the beach. The rooms are very nice, the service is great, and the amenities are very nice. The Waterpark under the building on the ground level is great for the kids. There is also a splash pad for little kids. There are 3 different pools and a lazy river. My only complaints would be that it is hard to find a parking space on the parking deck sometimes and you sometimes have to wait on the elevator quite a bit. Also, if you have someone who is handicapped, it can be challenging for them to get around since there is no drive directly in front of the building.

Perfect condo on the beach. My complaint is the one we had definately needs to be fumigated for bugs especially in the kitchen under the fridge and inside cabinets. There were dirty coffee mugs in the cupboards so I made sure to rewash everything before we used any dishes. I did take pictures but am choosing not to post them as I was not the one who rented the condo as it was in my son's name. We've stayed at Splash Resort several times and have never had any issue with bugs until now. I hope they adhere to better cleaning practices and take care of the bug problem.

Splash is a grate place to stay. Our grandchild loved the splash park. The ocean view was beautiful. The condo was very nice.

Resort was awesome with kids! Saved us a lot of money because there was so much for them to do there. Very pleased with everyone we encountered during our stay. Staff was awesome!

My wife, grandkids, and myself had a wonderful time on vacation at Splash. The condo is top notch, and we enjoyed staying in room 1905. I have to say the bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep in a long time. I would like to know what type of mattress is on the bed? I would like to buy the same mattress for my bed. The next time we go to Panama City Beach we will try to stay in this condo. Thanks for making out stay a great one.

Amazing 1 week family vacation. Our daughter was in a wedding so we decided to turn the stay into a vacation. Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Good food and drinks on the bar. Staff at the bar, very nice. Seconds from the beach. Bike week added to the scenery. Everyone was cordial and evening times were quiet 🤫.

We usually stay at Tidewater but have splash a chance this year and absolutely love it. The elevator time is better than tidewater. The room was clean. Only thing wrong which they called and let us know was the thing behind the entrance door had been damaged. Room was clean. The only problem we have had was my grandfather passed and there was a rate change with our new dates and they wouldn’t honor that and give us the money back. I feel like they should have but rules are rules and we’re having a good time but still the amount I lost was a lot… I guess I shouldn’t got the vacation rental insurance?

Also, I want to mention to people that are vacationing, please stop trashing the parking garage, pool area and the beach. That’s just disguising. They have trash cans set out for us for a reason. Respect the resort and the beach!

Splash is an excellent place to have fun for the whole family! The pools, lazy river, splash pad and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Splash is located very close to Pier Park, so there are plenty of places to shop and eat. Room 1607W was super clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The beds were soft, and we had plenty of extra linens and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. It even had a pantry closet for our groceries. The air conditioner cooled great. The huge tub and 2 large showers were certainly a plus. The pull out couch bed and pull out trundle bed under the hallway bunks made it so that all 9 of us could sleep comfortably. The wrap around balcony is big, and the view is gorgeous. Clint and Heather from the Splash/Vacasa office answered all our questions and made sure that we were 110% taken care of for our stay! They really went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our vacation! We have stayed at Splash several times, but this was by far our best stay and hands down the best room!!

A friendly, fun place for vacation spot. Kids(aged 10-3) loved the multiple pools and sand/ocean. Only downside is that they only have 2 elevators for each tower, so the wait can be long if it's busy or if one elevator is in service. Great place, will go back

2nd time here...this stay is 6 weeks. Wonderful place to stay. However, nothing here starts at the resort till March 1st. The beach chairs, the beach poolside grill, even the lobby splash water feature. We stayed at the Summit last year and had everything going mid February. If your a snowbird, that is very much appreciated. The weather was beautiful for them to get things going earlier!

Almost everything about our trip was perfect. The condo was amazingly clean and updated - just as pictured and described when we booked. It had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone was nice and helpful. The view was breathtaking. We stayed for 4 nights and we were looking forward to using the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was always packed with children. Their parents didn’t seem to care that others were waiting to enjoy it. Sadly, we never had the opportunity to use it.

The room had a great view of the ocean. Kids enjoyed the splash pad and I enjoyed the lazy river. A few souvenir shops within walking distance and different places to eat close by.
