Landmark Holiday Beach Resort

My husband and I loved our accommodations at Landmark Holiday Beach Rentals. After reading the reviews, my expectations were low but I did not find the same complaints. The view was gorgeous. It was clean, everything worked, the kitchen, and sliding glass doors had recently been updated. The connected patio was wonderful and not offered on many other hotels. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and suited our needs better than a comparable one bedroom hotel suite that had similar or even higher costs.

I have been coming to the Landmark for the past 15 years. It is an older resort but well maintained. Staff is awesome, view is beautiful. Location is without equal. I highly recommend it.

I came at first thru my Bluegreen ownership and liked it so well I bought a week 2 years ago.

Beautiful view from the 15th floor, right on the beachfront. It has a warm inside pool and a jacuzzi.

Nice a little worn but no problem.. they are improving updates as budgeted. West of Pier Park and quiet area. Prefer this location

Very nice place to stay. Room could have used some small upgrades but great price point, location, staff, and amenities. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Absolutely stunning views of the Golf of Mexico. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean but slightly dated. I rented a three bedroom and had a balcony overlooking the water 15 floors above. When I looked out, all I saw was ocean. Deserves five stars for the stunning view.

Look forward each year going for a week at the Landmark! The property is in great shape and has all the amenities you will ever need for your vacation. The condo is beach front with balconies so you can walk from the elevator to the sand and your beach chair. Close to all the attractions at Panama City Beach but quiet on the west end at night. Great times!

We've owned a week at this condo for over 20 years.. Great place to vacation. Clean, quiet, right on the beach, and close to everything.

This place was great. The unit was a little dated, but the beds were comfortable. The beach and the Gulf were fantastic. The hot tub was not open for the first few days, but when they opened it, it was wonderful! Every room came with a Gulf side balcony and 1 parking spot. We had to pay $6 a day for the second parking spot.

The location was great. A very nice restaurant is across the street. Many more, and shopping is a short drive away. We would definitely return here.

This is the second stay at this condo. It is a older building but the people are very friendly. The rooms were very clean. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to go straight to the beach and have quite surroundings.

I was able to book a room same day to checking in when everywhere else was booked entirely due to opening up after COVID restrictions. The staff was so friendly and understanding. The room was perfect and more than what was needed for just two adults.

It made the vacation go from bad(because what was originally booked was given away (I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUGAR SANDS) to amazing. I will definitely patron to Landmark in the future. Especially when I bring my 4 children!

Nice area. Not fancy but perfect for a family of 5. 2 bedroom with 2 baths and a kitchen with plenty of room to spread out. Staff was friendly, good location and the pool was indoors.

Very beautiful place!! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to out room/apt. It was spacious, neat and perfectly set on the beach. The balcony was an added bonus!! We did not participate in any of the resort activities but it was nice knowing they were available. The location of the resort was perfect for area restaurants and shops. My service from the front desk was exceptional on my first and second day there, however on check out day Toni the front desk clerk had room for much improvement for her attitude. Overall my experience was wonderful and would recommend Landmark to anyone looking for nice, spacious, close to the beach place to stay!!

The apartment was so good. You get the beach vibe! Beach facing bedroom n living room with a small balcony. Kitchen washer dryer available. Well organized. Bathrooms were little outdated. They have small and big heated pools. Iam definitely coming back..

We've been here a half dozen times. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly. They have the least expensive chairs on the beach anywhere. It literally cost less to stay here in a nice 2 bedroom condo that at several of the hotels that don't even overlook the ocean. You won't be disappointed with this bargin on the beach with truly amazing views.

We went here for my husband's birthday and had an amazing time. All the rooms had beautiful balconies that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The rooms were great and really enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony

We have a timeshare here and have been coming since 1982! Many timeshares get run down and really dated. But, the Landmark has just gotten better. The grounds are pretty. The units have been refurbished with beautiful furniture and accessories! Glad to come back each year!
