Latitude 29 Condominiums

My family are long termers when it comes to Latitude. I don't win many battles with my wife, but I've won the one regarding where we go for vacation. I absolutely refuse to go anywhere but here.

Stayed in unit 13 , Sept 7th to 16th, 2023. Very clean and comfortable. Good view and near the pool. Been staying off and on for over 17 years. Love it!!!

I have been coming to Latitude 29 for about 32 years. The only time we stayed somewhere else was when the Hurricane came through in 2018 the week we were supposed to be here, so we scrambled and found a place in Perdido Key.

This is the perfect place. On the beach. Nice pool beachside. Small development, no high rise unit’s around. Quieter than “in the heart” of PCB. Close enough to go to some of the really good restaurants down 30A (We love Havana’s at The Pearl in Rosemary Beach). Not far from restaurants closer in to the heart of PBC.

Let’s clear a few things up: No- not every unit has a washer/dryer. As a matter of fact, most don’t. Check the individual unit description for that information. No. Old folks don’t hate your kids. Most older folks have raised kids, so we get how kids can be. I brought my kids here when they were little. But screaming, disruptive children without any parental supervision or involvement or intervention is a problem. This is everyone’s vacation. This is a family place, and we can all have fun!

I do wish a manager still lived on the property. Small unit problems could be felt with quickly. The building where the manager lived, where the office was, and where the laundry is needs to be renovated. It looks bad. Just saying. It wasn’t that way when the manager lived on the property.

We’ll be back next year for the 33rd time.

We have been there 3 years in a row and they had next year's deposit before we left. Even a hurricane on the last day couldn't ruin a vacation here. If you want a quiet and relaxing beachfront experience, this is the spot. Terry and Cindy run the place and are both great.

I have been there twice and loved it. We stay in the same Condo each time and it has been great. Not too busy and beautiful pool and view.

Great spot! Staff is very accommodating and so friendly! Room was perfect and spacious. Located right off the beach! :)

No place like it. If you look through all the reviews you will see there is only 1 one star review and the rest are all five star. Seems to speak for itself.

Clean rims very polite people the gentleman who works in the laundry is absolutely helpful and very polite person

Excelente lugar para relajarte, recomiendo llevar sombrillas y sombreros para protegerse del sol, no llevar carritos con mucho peso porque se atascan en la arena. La playa es hermosa y cálida 100 puntos.
