Best condo on the beach!! 1301 is by far one of the most beautiful condos I've stayed in. A gorgeous corner unit that looks over the beach. Super spacious, clean, and sleeps 8!! Booked on RealJoy.

Very beautiful condos. The lobby is very clean. Everything is in order. The pool outside is always clean. The view is gorgeous from every floor. The beach is right out you back door! Besides the red tide in the area, it is still very pretty. Lots of fish, birds, and sea shells.

Awesome view, super clean rooms, friendly and helpful maintenance staff. Right on the beach, I highly recommend it to anyone.

Had a wonderful time and condo was amazing. Beauty at its finest. Staff was great. Definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

Nice clean place to stay walking distance to a lot of places and great views of the beach

Very well priced, clean room with kitchenette. We did stay only one night, and it was off season, but for the price, I was truly impressed with everything it had to offer. Definitely served it’s purpose and date night was definitely appreciated. I took a pic from balcony at approximately 0530am, beautiful site!

Rental condos are all individually owned and can be managed by owners and rental companies. Each unit rated, should list the unit number. Empty property next door, lots of beach space; rental chairs available; rental jet skis and banana boat rides available (vendor). While VRBO is easy to locate many condos, other sites and owner's own websites can be considerably cheaper. BlissfulBeachCondo

My husband and I stayed here in May 2022. This place is beautiful! We were on the 16th floor. Enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from our balcony overlooking the ocean! Our unit was large and had everything we needed to cook a meal!

I will definitely come back. The place was beautiful and just like I love it, right on the beach.

One of the nicer buildings on front beach. The elevators here seem to be faster than others which makes a difference! The building, overall, has been very clean. The condo we stayed in was very nice and made for a pleasant experience. No complaints!

Great condo in the area!! Perfect for a family of 7or 8!!!! Great beach n ocean side view!!! We had a lot of fun here!!! I would recommend this to anyone!!! Condo was neatly decorated with a beach theme, all furniture and beds n chairs were very comfortable. Master bathroom is Huge n perfect! Wished the jacuzzi part of the tub was working though!!! Very very clean n awesome condo to stay!!! Lots of space!!!!! Lots of kitchen items to cook with n eat out of.lots of beach items to borrow and use while you are staying there! Great dishwasher, washer n dryer!! Large table with 8 chairs plus 4 bar stools to sit by the kitchen bar.regular parking is across the street.wheelchair parking available right beside the building.master bedroom is very spacious and lovely and has a patio door with also a screen to go out on the balcony or just enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. The other king bedroom is lovely also.the other bathroom is wonderful!!! Also we loved that it had a utility room with washer n dryer to use. Has working elevators in the building.great beach access right there with a cold shower station to rinse the sand off before going back into condo! Also the living room has a large patio sliding door with screen also for access to the private balcony with a table and four chairs and one lounge chair.One thing that could better someone's stay is enough bath towels for the amount of people it says can stay there.There were enough wash cloths n hand towels for the bathrooms but not enough bath towels.Also only one kitchen towel and one kitchen wash cloth and one pot holder.Could use more. We loved the place and our stay and the air conditioner worked very well and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this to everyone!!!!! Thanks for the fun vacation at the ocean and lovely Beach!! It was not a crowded beach at all for the month of June, 2017! The Nightingales.

Pretty awesome! We had a completely renovated condo appointment Ed in Tommy Bahama style furnishings. The view was incredible. We watched the iron Man challenge from our balcony. Parking is plentiful but located across the street. Parking should be resolved with the proposed 3 story parking with walkover. PCB will have trollies running down the main street once they complete new under ground water lines. Can't wait for the future option to leave cars parked all week and use trollies to get around

Well-kept building and handicapped accessible beach

Fantastic room. Space, quality, and a view. The four of us are VERY comfortable here. Recommend to anyone. Coded entry, no keys to keep up with! Staff is helpful. And the beach here is as lovely as ever!!! You do want to stay here!

My favorite home in PCB... All 3-BR Condos (Bunk Room can fit Queen Size), many with 3 Full Baths... Mostly 2nd Homes and Long-term Tenants, perhaps 20% Weekly Rental?

No Front Desk here, so get good Details from your booking agent, along with Parking Instructions and Lobby and Door Codes...

Extremely well managed and cared for... Elevators most always running great and seem to be waiting for you (probably programmed to return to Lobby or Last Stop, keeping one at Lobby all the time)...

Only 80 Condos in this building and with minimal Rentals, this place is never really too crowded, even with a small Pool...

If plans move forward in a planned Future Parking Annex, across the street, this may turn into the absolute BEST property in PCB!

Great place to stay good environment good hotel

I love it!! The condo was right on the beach and it was beautiful, it was also pool area for kids that was beautiful. I love the condo in the inside it was big and spacious especially the master room and bath. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Staying in Unit 1502. Fantastic view. Clean. Nice decor. Pia quickly resolved a TV issue. Bring your own beach towels!
