Dippin' Dots

Skip is a gem! He and the staff tonight went above and beyond for my girls and I. Skip was extremely accommodating to my nutritional/medical needs and took his time with me. I wish we lived here, we’d be back all the time, simply based on customer service. The dippin dots were so good! But we all know that already. This customer service was beyond exceptional! Thank you from your Illinois friends!

While on vacation my siblings and I came numerous times and the workers Skip and Rachael were nothing short of great! They were so kind and helpful and made it a fun experience each time! And there’s tons of flavors to choose from which was a great bonus!

5 star taste, service, and experience. Our youngest son has a dairy allergy. They had an entire “allergen” list and showed what flavors had dairy. They also had an entire cooler separate for the dairy free to prevent any cross contamination! All the flavors were really good. A lot of places lack knowledge on allergies, even though they can be deadly. It was wonderful coming in here and our youngest son not having to feel any different at all about his allergy because they were so on top of their game. I got the peanut butter sundae. 🔥🔥. Manager was great and so was the teenager working, usually they are short, inattentive, or on their phone. This kid crushed it. We will make it a ritual to visit this place every time we come.

We are from out of town and stopped here on a Monday when they happened to be closed. The owners were out back doing some yard work and saw us in the parking lot as we looked for another ice cream place on our phone. They opened the place up and were going to give us four dishes for free (no way to start up the till)! Ended up giving them cash. Excellent customer service going way above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

Scott is amazing and so personable!! His passion and customer service led me to believe he was the owner! Such a nice guy and great worker! A wonderful representation of this store! And the dippin dots were tasty!!

Had a wonderful experience at this Dippin’ Dots location! The man working the counter, Skip, was incredibly kind and patient with us and our 3 year old. There were also several flavors to choose from! 5 stars!

Virginia was so kind and made our dippin dots experience so fun! From Oklahoma, we’ve never seen a dippin dots store, so this was a fun treat.

It wasn't bust at all, we were the only ones inside during the majority of our visit. The flavors are delicious. It is a tad expensive, but it's worth it! The young lady behind the counter was nice and greeted us when we came inside.

Hands down the very best Dippin Dots location I have ever been to. They had 42 flavors! The customer service was incredible. Skip waited on us and was one of the nicest people I have met on our trip to Florida. Always a pleasure to find places with good products and friendly service. Will definitely be back!

The kids love Dippin Dots the most. Several good no milk options. Very friendly staff. Also the spoons changed colors when cold. Big fan favorite.

I love this place! They are so kind, patient and welcoming! With sooo many flavors it can be hard to choose but they were the most helpful and I got the best flavor combination! So much so, I keep coming back! They keep the place super clean! The owners daughter is constantly cleaning tables, floors and making us laugh with her awesome personality the whole time we are there.

Such sweet PATIENT girls working here! Our three year olds absolutely favorite treat spot! They let her try as many as she wanted! Will be back! Highly recommend! They even checked to see if they had a shirt her size we could purchase. However there wasn’t one for a 3t.

5 stars, always a great time and always cold dots. We got here at 9:59pm and they were nicest enough to still take our large order for dippin Dots! Very friendly staff & amazing flavors you can’t find anywhere else, try the cotton candy & mermaids mix amazing

I can’t say enough about our experience here! My little girl has severe allergies to all nuts and we never can eat at any bakeries or ice cream parlors. She was begging for Dippin dots and when we went in I was amazed by the signs about food allergies and that they went as far as stating which flavor contained each allergen. They even offered to open a complete fresh bag for her just to give us a peace of mind to know there was no risk of cross contamination. Thank you for thinking of those with allergies because it’s not often that she gets to enjoy these things and because of y’all her vacation was one to remember ❤❤

This place is AMAZING!!!! I had never been to an actual dippin dots store before where all they sold were dippin dots. With over 30 flavors!!!! The manager is so nice and welcoming. With all that Panama City Beach has to offer, this has to be one thing that really made our trip special. I can’t wait to come back during my future vacations.
