Lovely, clean, furnished condo, beach side with pool. Lady by the name Charlotte, made our family feel very welcomed. Gave my son accessories for the beach to play in the sand. Quiet & very relaxing.My Husband & I, along with our son were very satisfied!👍👍🏖🌊🌞🐬🐬😀❤💯

Visited Oct 2020 and March 2021, wonderful for a girls trip or even with your kiddos. Condos are clean and affordable with super nice host Charlotte!

My husband and I stayed here from October 2008 until March 2012 for 5 to 6 months in the autumns and winters. We loved the beaches and swimming. Nice comfortable rooms. In the past they had weekly rates.

I love this place! It’s right on the beach, it has a great pool, it’s located near tons of attractions, and not to mention the management and staff are by far the best I have ever experienced. If you’re looking for a family friendly, fun, quiet, relaxing vacation this is a great spot to stay!

Charlotte has made a name for herself managing Ocean Terrace 🥰 The absolute best treatment you'll ever receive. When you stay here, you are family. It's a home away from home. It's not the Ritz hotel and it's not the roach motel either. It's a comfortable, family friendly, budget friendly, heartfelt place to relax and It's on the beach. Well, a few rooms require you to cross the no so busy street. You'll love this place and you'll want to come back. I guarantee it. 💯 💖

Sharla is literally the reason my family and I will never stay anywhere else. This is such a wonderful place to stay but the manager makes it the BEST place to stay. Greatest woman, besides my mother, ive ever known! Also, Lighthouse church is amazing and saved my life. Check it out, it's a must!

Been coming here since I was a little girl. Absoutley love it and now bring my daughter. Love the people who run it and always treated like family. Great care and treatment. They go above and beyond. Rooms are very clean and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Beautiful view!

Ocean Terrace is a great place to stay! Third summer now and we still love the convenience to the beach! It is very reasonable! The condos were spruced up this year with flowers and red chairs outside the units. It really looked nice. Sharla, the Manager, is so awesome. Very easy to work with, very personable and one of the hardest workers I've ever known.
I give it 5 stars!

After hurricane Michael this hotel was the only place I could find to put a roof over my son's head. The owner is very nice and helpful. I payed late most days due to financial problems as a result Michael and still she never bugged me or pressured me about payments. Very understanding of my situation. This hotel and employees literally saved my son and I and I will never forget this place !

Love the owner Sharla, easy to work with to make reservations and fair prices considering its just a few steps from the beach. The facility is dated but clean. But realistically, we are not going to PCB to stay in the room.

We have been staying in these family friendly condominiums for about ten years now. Very friendly staff and management. Close to the beach. Has all the necessary items you need for family style meals. Great prices.

My family loves this place. This year will be our 4th year returning. Mrs. Sharla is so kind and makes you feel very welcome. Can't wait to return this summer.

This place is absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced! I dont make a lot but try to go on a vacation with my family at least once and I can actually afford it amd there are kitxhes so it saves me feom eating out all the time... I love love this place..the owner is such a sweetheart

This 30 unit, nonsmoking, family friendly complex is undergoing extensive upgrades! Some of the condos have been totally undated with new paint, flooring, furniture and appliances. The gulf front pool with it's accompanying gazebo is fantastic. Every unit in this low-rise (2 story) is within 100 steps of the beach! Call Sharla... she will take care of you.

We absolutely love it here and the owners are absolutely amazing. I couldn't ask for a better home away from home feeling!

I love this Place and will go back as soon as i can!! I arrived late in the day, but was meet with smiling, friendly faces. This is not an uptight Hilton!! Ocean Terrace is a true old school Panama City Beach Motel!! Rooms are nice and are furnished with the everything you need except your groceries and clothes!! No problem there is a little grocery store just steps from the motel!!! I was visiting by myself for some down time, and i felt very safe and sound!! The staff is very kind always asking if they can help you or do you need anything!!! Clean pool and the area has plenty of nice pool chairs and two covered picnic tables!! Oh yesssss wide screen tvs!!! I cant wait to go back!! and if you ask Sonja will tell you her secret to growing beautiful flowers!!
