Mattress Now

Karen and Don made my mattress buying experience a pleasure. They were very patient while I tried out every bed in to store and answered every question I had. I never felt rushed or felt like I was inconveniencing them. I am sleeping in comfort and I will never buy a mattress from anyone else again!!

What a wonderful mattress buying experience! Thank you everyone at Mattress NOW! We stopped in and purchased a mattress. Even though we bought one of the least expensive mattresses, everyone in the whole process could not possibly have been any nicer, more accommodating or more professional. They did exactly what they said they would do and at the exact time they said they would do it. Sales was so low pressure, delivery was punctual and quick, and everyone was so polite and friendly. We purchased an in-stock mattress on Friday afternoon and it was delivered early Saturday morning. We have 12 more mattresses to buy and we will definitely be making those purchases at Mattress NOW!

We worked with Don who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us several great options and prices that was exactly what we needed. He even went the extra step of ordering us a mattress that wasn’t currently on the floor and gave us a 120 trial period to test it out. And the trial phase was critical because we upgraded once after the first 60 days. The free delivery team was very professional as well. All around great experience

We just moved, and needed to buy a matress. Don was able to get us a bed delivered same day, actually it only took a hour!! Tim and his assistant delivering and setting up. They were probably the smoothest part of our move! Thanks guys!

Tim was very helpful in assisting me to choose a guest bedroom mattress. He delivered the same day after hours when my family would be home to receive it. He even hauled off my old mattress for free. Talk about great customer service! Very satisfied, highly recommended!

Don gave us superb customer service. He's not pushy at all. He went above and beyond for us because we got there right at closing, but still took care of us.
