Factory Direct Furniture

We have owned a short term rental at PCB for 10 years. We were lucky and was recommended to use furniture from Factory Direct about 7 years ago. The first furniture ( bed and couch) that we bought from another store was destroyed within 2-3 years!! We have had the best quality furniture from Factory direct since that time! Over time we have replaced nearly all of our furnishings with items from Factory direct. The stand behind their products!! We are not local and we had a renter that just made a mess of our sofa- we thought we would have to toss it- Factory direct sent someone out to professionally clean it- it was good as new!
The furniture is sturdy, well made and we could not be happier with the service and products we have received. They deliver for a very reasonable fee and remove your replacement pieces. 5 stars for sure!!!

They have everything you need for your rental property. The quality of furniture and selection makes it a one-stop shop. Staff is friendly and prices are in line for the quality of furniture you need in a vacation home.

Nice staff, best price and quality for the patio furniture that I bought. I did have to wait a few weeks but it was well worth the wait to get exactly what I wanted. I also bought one of their great sleeper sofa's and a pair of lamps. Highly recommend their store

Great customer service and follow through! We’ve bought several furniture items from Factory Direct Furniture because their furniture is durable.
We rent out our Villa about 5 months/year. We bought a living room set that included a hide-a-bed. When we returned to our Villa the bed frame was broken from renter abuse.
They replaced the bed frame, mattress and cushions for us in a timely manner. Adam was wonderful to work with and Tony and crew made sure everything was done right and did a great job.

This place is great!!! The furniture is beautiful and so durable!!! And you can bleach the fabric!!! Perfect for rentals! The staff are almost too accommodating!! They go way above and beyond to make sure you are happy! I will never buy furniture for my townhouse anywhere else! Oh, and if you need it fast....these are your guys! Adam was so helpful. Make the trip to factory direct! They WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

Love our new sofa sleeper and chairs! Our salesperson Halley, was so wonderful with all her assistance with our purchases! So satisfied with our buying experience we went back and purchased more living room furniture for another one of our condo rentals! It was also nice to have everything delivered and the old furniture hauled off by them as well! Will definitely be returning!

I have bought several pieces of furniture from Factory Direct Furniture over the past 10 years. Most of their furniture is made well for the rental community. They have awesome customer service and in most cases stock the furniture you need and will have it delivered in a timely manner. I have had only one issue over the years and they were quick to get it resolved to my satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Factory Direct really does a great job! They sell quality products at very competitive prices. But they are in a class by themselves when it comes to customer service and satisfaction! We've purchased several pieces from them and the service level is always high. We just bought two special order chairs and picked a fabric that ended up not fitting in our decor. Adam and his team continued to work with us to get us an option that worked out great. They are amazing!

Have used these guys in the past. Provide amazing service. Ordered a sleeper couch and also a king sized bed set because old sleeper pull out sleeper bed mechanism from another company not working. Had everything ordered and found out bed in unit also broke during rental. Delivery was planned early the next week originally but needed to get things changed out sooner. Factory Direct Furniture was already booked for the weekend. Really needed to make customer in my unit happy and not wait until after the weekend. Factory Direct Furniture came through and saved me and worked out a way to not only deliver the furniture earlier but within a few hours of asking them for help to keep a renter happy. You guys are amazing thanks for coming through and really making a rental client happy!! Can't give enough stars in this case. Have purchased things in past from them always a great experience.and excellent furnishings.

James was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! We needed pretty much everything that day and he was very patient with us while we did our shopping and answered any questions we had. The biggest reason for this rating is because they were able to deliver everything the same day. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture were very polite and made sure everything was where it needed to be.

This place was a life saver!! We ordered furniture from a different company months in advance only to be told the day of delivery they were confused/made a mistake and wouldn't be able to deliver anything. We made specific travel plans to be in town when the furniture arrived so you can image our disbelief when we received this news. In a frantic attempt to make the best of our trip we went from furniture store to furniture store looking for same day or next day delivery. Factory Direct Furniture was the only place we found that had everything we needed AND delivered the next day. We walked in less than an hour before closing and were able find furniture for the ENTIRE 3 bed room home. The furniture there is of great quality and beautiful. Nothing looked the same and everything felt handpicked. Not the usually cookie cutter furniture experience at all. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. When we told them our situation they not only delivered the next day but got there early to ensure we could make our flight back home. I highly recommend this place and hope to do business with them in the future.

They have my business from now on. I purchased the mechanism for my existing sofa sleeper a year ago and the new one was having issues folding in properly. So I called and ordered a new one. They said they will first check it before they charge me for new. Sure enough it was under warranty. They REPLACED under warranty. I really thought no one really does that anymore. GREAT service. PUNCTUAL. AMAZING

They are the best! Great selection of quality furniture. Extremely helpful staff. We told them what we were looking for and needed it ASAP. They listened, made suggestions and we got everything we needed. The bonus was when they delivered the next day. I definitely recommend them and hope to do business with them again.

I have owned and operated my condo rentals by owner at Pinnacle Port for 28 years. For much of that time the Factory Direct Furniture location was known as the Beach Barn. Since Rod, the owner, moved in from just west (other side of the street) of it the Factory Direct Furniture location has offered great prices and courteous service.
Rod and Adam remember their customers and support their purchases with great follow up when necessary. The location has spread out and allows a great walk through experience as well as a large inventory for the carry out or delivery expectations.
If staying at Pinnacle Port or Carillon Beach give their physical fitness location in Carillon business area a try. Membership or daily rates. I suggest it in my renters FYI.

The furniture is stylish, sturdy and simply the best.
I bought a bed, frame and mattresses, decided after I got them I wanted a bigger size, I called Rod, no problem getting it all exchanged. The boys that delivered were beyond good.
If ever I need any home furnishings, I don't shop around, why would I when Direct Factory Furniture will meet all my needs.

Excellent service! Great quality, good prices, and they carry a lot of stock so you can take it home right away! They offer a great selection of coastal furniture and decor, all in a relaxed shopping atmosphere. James and Sue and all the staff were also very helpful and professional! This is our go to store for all our decorating needs!

Our property management company recommended Factory Direct Furniture for some furniture needs for our condo. We worked with Tandra, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection, at all price ranges, and everything is good quality. The delivery guys, Scotty, and another gentleman whose name I did not get, were extremely courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend this place for your furniture needs.

We have used Factory Direct for several years now for vacation rental furnishings and would highly recommend them. They provide excellent customer service and are always so quick with delivery. The price may be a little more than standard but that is because of the great quality of their pieces. Can't recommend them enough!
