Flagship store always has all the latest styles available with lots of Lilly accessories and shoes you do not always find in other locations. I always make it a point to stop in when I’m in or near the area. Store is always well stocked and great sales staff to assist you and of course if they do not have your size they will order it and free shipping.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and all of my questions were answered in a kind and informative manner. I don’t like being pressured when I am shopping and they made me feel right at home. This was my first Lilly purchase and I took my time trying on various styles until I found what I liked. I just wish they had more sales or discounted items. I would have purchased more if more dresses were on sale.

Love this Lilly shop! The associates are very helpful and nice. No snooty employees like some upper end stores can have. I love Lilly products and this is a great way to try on and buy them without having to purchase online.
