Jeremy was a pro! He was the perfect balance of attentive without hovering. Was full of good suggestions and was able to get us with our purchases quickly and professionally on a crazy SuperBowl Sunday! Would definitely work with him again in the future!

I had shopped online so I knew what I was looking for. My experience was extremely pleasant. The salesperson greeted us as we entered the store and took care of us throughout the process. She was friendly and didn’t pressure us in any way., Delivery was no problem, and they worked to arrange a time around our schedule. I was in and out in twenty minutes. Happy Customer😉

Keith Hert was amazing! We just purchased our new living room set. He made it easy and hassle free! We got to explore all our options on our own without someone breathing down our neck trying to make a sell. Keith was very informative, friendly, and never tried to upsell us to buy more. Highly recommend his help with your next room upgrade.

Kim was very helpful and patient with me when I was choosing a cough, even when I asked the same question more than once. I haven’t gotten it but I can hardly wait. Thank you Kim.

Just moved to Panama City beach with no furniture. David was absolutely amazing. Answered all of my questions, reviewed all my options between paying in full or financing. Didn’t make me feel as if I was being forced to make a purchase. I can’t wait to get my new furniture Tuesday. Thanks for all of your help David.

Kim is absolutely phenomenal! She first helped us in 2021 and we loved her helpfulness, attentiveness and patience. She explained the options and the pricing to us and made sure we knew all of our options in terms of color, pieces etc. We returned in 2022 to purchase a bedroom set that she helped us with. Last week we came to look for a living room set and the person that greeted us was not helpful so we opted to not purchase anything and return when Kim was working because we knew we would be well taken care of with her. From now on any purchases made will be with her and we will be recommending her to our family as well.

Rooms to Go has such a great selection of sleeper sofas that we needed for our rental. Kim was a huge help to us and we appreciate the time she took to help us. We found two very comfortable couches and mattresses our guests will love!

Keith was/is absolutely wonderful! We remembered him specifically the last time we came to browse the store (look for the man in the bright yellow shirt) and he was just as pleasant then as he was this go round. We appreciated him allowing us to have our space while we took a look around and was available anytime we needed to ask questions. We also had our mischievous two year old with us, who thinks rooms-to-go is a toys R us might I add, and thankfully Keith had the patience that I lacked to keep him happy and entertained while we decided on furniture. Thank you again to this kind man who not only had the knowledge about the products we asked about, but the patience for our little boy.

Rich was absolutely fantastic to work with! We were hesitant to purchase from Rooms To Go and Rich helped assure and guided us through the Guard It program. We purchased our living room set within 30 minutes and have never felt more confident in a purchase.

I purchased a bedroom set and a couch from here. Keith assisted me the entire time and provided exceptional customer service. He was very helpful and also didn't pressure me into buying anything. I feel as if he went above and beyond and I will definitely be coming back for all my furniture needs.

Wow! Great experience at Panama City, Fl store! Our designer, Branda, was amazing! She listened to us and knew the furniture selections, styles, fabrics, and design information that best suited our needs. She made sure we were happy with our selections and helped guide us to beautiful choices for our new home. The process was fun and easy. Thank you to a wonderful experience!

I visited Rooms to Go on March 9th to buy a mattress for my daughter. Colleen assisted us at the Pier Park branch, and her professionalism and accommodation were exceptional. For excellent service, ask for her.

Great selections for our renovation but working with Keith Hert was the best part. He was extremely knowledgeable but his friendliness & thoughtful suggestions exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend that you ask for him when you go into the store. So glad that we took the time to go to the store and didn't order online.

Peggy Simmons was an amazing salesperson. Our experience was all over the phone. I sent her pictures of my decor and she found the perfect bedroom furniture and a new recliner. Peggy not only found the perfect furniture, but she went out of her way to message me on her own personal time to give me instructions regarding my mattress protector. I have never had a salesperson do that. I will be doing more business with her in the future. Thank you for all your help Peggy Simmons.
