The girl that did my brows today was awesome!!! I’m so sorry I forget your name but you are great. My eyebrows were unevenly shaped but not that perceptible so it was a tough job in a way but she made them perfect!!! They look SO good now. Thank you!!

Amazing service!!! When i first came in I was so confused on what to get or do but a beautiful woman came and helped me. She personally found my match AND recommended stuff for me to get without even scamming me to spend hundreds in there. I didn't catch her name as I am in a rush to get back home but may god bless her tenfold. If you ever go here and you're confused on what to get go find her. She has black long hair, tall yet slim, white with light makeup on. When I come back next month I'll be more financially prepared to buy anything she recommends!!!!! If you were that beautiful soul who helped that girl "buy her prom makeup so her bf mother would get off her back" be ready for a insane tip when i come back and thank you for the help!

Today was my first appointment at Ulta Salon, Panama City. Kaitlyn was my stylist and she did a fantastic job! She listened to what I said and my hair looks fabulous! Highly recommend and I will be back for sure!

Love the floor staff and checkout folks, but the salon is really what I'm here to review. I've had services by both Nicole and Sierra and have never been in better hands. I can't stop being excited to see myself in the mirror since my last appointment, I love both the color and the cut so much. Work feels impossible most days. I never feel as pampered as I do here. I can't say thank you enough!

Adrian gave me an excellent haircut. I especially appreciated (and needn't i request) that she shampoo and dry/style my hair with low heat! I'll be back for a trim soon.

Sam in the salon does a great job on my color. Very good with detail and cares about the integrity of your hair.

Sierra did my cut today and she is so gentle and almost put me to sleep. Both are amazing hairstylists and would recommend both! Go see them!!

Hailey the hair slayer is TOP NOTCH for all your hair needs! I had cut my own hair with some kitchen scissors (Britney spears moment, I must confess) and have been coloring my own hair for 15+ years, and let me tell you! You would never know that she worked with what she had, bc it turned into a complete masterpiece! Blonde balayage with a shag cut and she did not disappoint! She was professional, had great conversation, and a quirky sense of humor! You want your hair done? Make SURE you ask for Hailey 💯🤌🏼🌈

Kaitlyn in the salon was such a personable girl and made me feel so comfortable because I have bad anxiety and she was so amazing and did such a great job with my cut and color!! She'll definitely have my repeat business!!

Jerica did an amazing job on my daughter’s haircut. She listened to what we asked for and we’re extremely happy with the results! Would definitely recommend her!

I went for an interview yesterday, waiting to hear back. But the store itself and the staff- with or without getting hired, I'd go back there. There is soooo much stuff- all kinds of different makeups and smell goods. They got a salon in there. They do makeup and hair.

I went into the store tonight and both the ladies helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They were very helpful and professional. I will definitely be back in soon!

Nicole in the salon is absolutely amazing . She is an elite stylist and has literally transformed my hair.. she is very creative and her suggestions on color , cut have been excellent for my long hair. Absolutely make an appt with her if your hair in a "rut". This salon is always clean and professional. The Ulta store itself is always stocked with my must haves and the associates are always ready to help . For an Ulta store. They are always well staffed. 100% recommended!

The lady who assisted me with selections of makeup for my two granddaughters was fabulous. They loved the selections!

Just moved to PCB and was in search of a stylist - Christine has taken care of me twice now and I could not be more happier! I’ve never had someone so meticulous!! Go see her, she does not disappoint.

I came in this afternoon with my 5 year old son (who was exceptionally well behaved 😂) and I was helped by Ashley for almost an hour. She was incredibly kind and patient as she helped me find products that worked with my frustrating skin. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience to her - and I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me the most expensive products. She really found what worked best for me with several different options ranging in prices. She was so personable, genuine, and helpful! Definitely a top tier employee 🤌🏻✨
