Buckle

My husband shops at our local Buckle in Alabama often and I never feel comfortable in there. I made my first Buckle purchase for myself at this location. The staff were so friendly and even recommended a place to eat while we were in town that ended up being our favorite meal on vacation.

First time shopping at Buckle in ages, and was gifted my husbands cc for my bday. Walked in when the store opened , greeted immediately by Katelynn - she went above and beyond to help me! Found me exactly what I was looking for to wear for dinner along with some other great clothes. Fantastic service from her and of course the best jeans!

I have been a customer of Buckle for over ten years, starting with their store in the Panama City Mall and later moving to the store in Pier Park. I have always enjoyed an extraordinary experience whenever shopping there!

The store has always been very clean and extremely well organized with a great selection of clothing. All of Buckle clothing is of the highest quality and very reasonably priced.

I am always greeted at the door by employees asking me how they can help me. I have never once felt bombarded or irritated by the employees trying to assist me. They have always been kind and courteous and if I say I am just looking, they have gladly left me alone only periodically checking with me to make sure I was finding exactly what I wanted.

The manager, Trinh goes above and beyond to staff her store with knowledgeable and friendly employees who always make me feel welcome!

The thing I like most is their complete and total honesty. For example, I have tried on many shirts/outfits and the employees have told me, that’s really not your color it rather washes you out, but we do have a shirt/outfit very similar that I think you will like that will be more flattering on you. I find myself so very fortunate that they care enough about how I look to offer me other/better choices.

I have learned to completely trust their opinions regarding my clothing and even shoes bought there because they have always looked out for items (clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc…) that have looked the very best on me.

The employees bring clothing they know I am looking for and literally lay the clothing on the top of my dressing room door (so I do not have to get fully dressed to step out each time in order to find something else). In addition to this, unlike any other store I have ever been in, I never have to chase down employees to offer me assistance.

The employees even wait outside or close by my dressing room so I may come out wearing my picks and giving their sound and solid opinions, which has meant so very much to me. I have truly appreciated their complete and totally honest feedback.

If they happen to not have my size in an item I like, they gladly give me the option of ordering it online through their website (which they do for me then and there, making it very simple).

The employees ask me periodically what I do not want and gladly remove the items from my dressing room and put them all back in their proper place. I have never once had to go back and hang up anything.

I gladly do not mind spending $1,000 or even way more for the amount and quality of clothing I am purchasing, not to mention the outstanding customer service I have received.

Each time I walk out of Buckle with my purchases, I truly feel well taken care of and appreciated as a customer. I know I will look outstanding and can not wait for my next visit there, even though I live 2 hours away! The drive to Buckle is well worth it!

I strongly recommend to anyone that desires a truly remarkable shopping experience to go to Buckle at Pier Park in Panama City, FL. You will not be disappointed!!!

As a man, I find it difficult to pick out modern, great looking clothing. Therefore, I choose to shop at Buckle in Pier Park because the manager, Trinh, and her employees, have always been so kind and helpful to me. They always offer great suggestions by helping me pick out clothing that I will look and feel great in. I have been a customer for many years and I have never once been disappointed in my shopping experience there. I highly recommend Buckle in Pier Park to any man wanting to look their very best.

First time shopping there, and I’m big chested, and thick so it’s hard for me to find clothes. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, by a wonderful you g lady named Mia. So kind, courteous, and helpful. She came to check on us, and even helped me pick out a beautiful outfit. If I could rate my experience on a scale out of 100. I would rate it 120!! I love this store. There's one huge problem, the staff follow you around and bring stuff in put it in your face wantin you to buy it. I like to look around by myself, I don't need to have someone following me asking me questions, it's very annoying

One of my favorite stores.I just love the customer service.The young ladies are always so helpful .The fact that they quickly look up your previous orders and tell you what style of jeans you've already purchased .Then tell you what's the latest style and get you set up to try them on ..Keep up the great customer service.

Im sure most folks are like me and refuse to go in these stores because they are so expensive. I was treating my daughter to some clothes she was wanting for just being the good kid she is. The 2 ladies working here did an excellent job and found clothes that were appropriate for her age and some good deals. Give them a shot, hopefully they will treat you the same.

Trinh was very helpful. I have always bought online but they were fitting way to big. My son use to work for Buckle. Which got me addicted. Trinh did as good of a job as my son use too. Thank you for keeping awesome customer service.

Terrific atmosphere with very helpful staff. The lady that greeted us upon entry also helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

Absolutely love Buckle. There is always something cute here. Prices are reasonable.

Store was bangin so long as the gf brings her own card lmao 300 bucks for jeans sounds crazy to me but dont tell anybody 😅

There is an employee there I believe her name is katelyn (don't know if that is correct spelling) but she is the nicest sweetest and easiest person to get along with I have ever met and she is as beautiful as an angel. Hope you read this just wanted you to know

Excellent customer service. First time I have ever been in there. Really impressed by the selection of clothing they had.

A little pricey but definitely worth it very amazing quality clothes and they do have an enormous selection even a children's section and I'm a bigger person and the jeans fit amazingly and they are always so helpful and kind and they always have or they usually have some pretty good sales to where you can get you know the super expensive clothes for next to nothing sometimes

Everytime I'm at Pier Park in PCB I visit this place. I was their 2nd customer when they opened. Highly recommended.
