Domino's Pizza

Kudos to this team, this is what customer service is about. An online order gone astray and they were quick to fix it. THIS is what customer service is, this is what we need to get back to. From the panic in my voice to the calm in theirs and quick hey we got you no problem we can fix it. Kudos.

Love the 799 deal they have on a large one topping. That's why I stopped by. The drive through is oh so convenient. Love using it. They had the pizza hot and fresh. No waiting at all

our pizza was ordered and arrived via delivery within 15 minutes! absolutely fantastic and speedy service, delicious food (large cheese pizza w/ ultra thick crispy buttery seasoned crust, SO GOOD) , you just can’t go wrong w dominos!!!!

The service and food is always perfect. Except for the night before it took a little longer than usual also it was a Friday night and when I received our pizzas the crust was burnt. I called the next day and talk to Adam. Very professional and he repeatedly apologize about the pizzas and offered to have them remade and delivered free of charge but it would be over a hour wait due to shortage on employees. Understandable. After a two hour wait. I decided to call back to see how the order was coming along. He repeatedly apologized that my pizzas had not been delivered and had me to stay online so that he could assure me that it was placed in and offered to accommodate me with a 2 liter soda for the delay and that it would arrive shortly. I could understand being short of workers. Dominos really goes above and beyond. Adam was so apologetic about the delay. He personally delivered my order and still continued to apologize. I just wanna Thank you Adam for going over and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. Thank you for such dedicated service!!

We ordered our pizza and they gave us a 30 minute cooking time(longer than we expected) however the Pizza was delicious. We asked for Parmesan cheese and red pepper, they told us it would be a dollar each?!! We were not happy about the charge but really wanted the cheese and pepper so we paid for them and thank God we did because they gave us the cutest, small shakers that are worth the dollar charge.

8-6-21 Misunderstanding was made on my order and it was taken care of quickly, the Pacific veggie and meat lovers half and half turned out awesome.

12-6-21 now my wife and I can say we know this Dominos on Tyndall Parkway is the best, we ordered Pacific veggie and this time she ordered meatzza and they both came out perfect, the delivery driver was ahead of the time and she was very polite, sorry about not getting her name. And to all the other places this is a pacific veggie PIZZA .
2-11-22 ordered again and my wife and I are very pleased again with my PACIFIC VEGGIE PIZZA and her MEATZZA ,but this time we even ordered dessert. Lol. Baked apple and cinnamon twist. WOW you talking about a great combination of flavors. The cinnamon and sugar are sweet but not too much, and the apple dip makes it just perfect.

I have ordered from this domino's pizza for about 8 years and I have always enjoyed the service and food. They have some great online deals, they have always delivered promptly through fair and foul weather and the pizza and food has always been good. They have made mistakes on very few of my orders and are always quick to return and correct their mistakes. One of the best domino's pizza I have ordered from.

The girl at the window is very nice. They put a good amount f toppings. I like extra and this place delivers. Love drive through option!

Food was very good. Beyond expectations. The crew were very polite and we didn't wait long at all. The you lady even offered to help me carry it all out but my husband came in to grab it. But still the gesture was nice. First time getting food from here and we will be back.

Joeseh was very helpful, joeseh needs a raise or something because his voice is very nice, and I felt comfortable asking him questions about my pizza. He's a very good listener. I hope one day they can make pizzas in my house.

My first time ordering from this location (we just moved from Nashville) I was having issues with my app and I called the store and not only was Adam super patient and helped explain the app issue but he also took our order over the phone and gave me a discount for the inconvenience… super nice and helpful! Fantastic first experience with this store ! We will order again!

The young man that brought my order to the window was very pleasant. His welcoming demeanor along with the food being promptly ready, made for an excellent experience. Did I mention it was only 45 seconds?! Inn and out quick, and the food was HOT! Fantastic!!!!

Always friendly drivers and usually here pretty quick!! Order a lot and so far no issues.. I think my only complaint is marinara doesn't come standard with things like most other places but other than that I'm a very satisfied customer!! Thanks and keep it up...

Had a timed order for 11:15 , driver showed up two minutes early an apologized for the delay. They were backed up on orders and still got it to me early. That’s top tier customer service right there.

After running errands I realized that I wasn't in the mood to cook so I needed something quick. Then I thought Domino's is right around the corner so I went there. I tried the five cheese dip a while back so I wanted to try it again. Allow me to say that the taste is so nice for the price. The dip is SO delicious that it had me wanting for more with each bite the goodness is truly apparent. There's a saying about Lay's potato chips you can't eat just one NO that saying should be describing the bread twist and five cheese dip because you won't eat just one. I highly recommend that everyone who read this if you haven't ordered this item please do you won't regret it.
