Emerald Isle Beach Resort

This condo was right there on the beach. Two swimming pools, one was 3/3.5 ft for the smaller kids and the other over 5 ft. There were enough elevators to make it where we never had to wait long to get on to one. The view was amazing from the balcony. The room was spacious. I will have to say the pull out couch probably should be replaced. The bar in the middle killed my back the next morning. Overall, the kids were happy, and so were the adults.

They need to do better. We stayed here for a week. The facility gym closes at 6. Not worth it. Other than that all is okay. The best part is the view from the room. The sea has beautiful blue colors.

Great Location, Great View. Unit 2103 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and has great views and offers year around rentals. Google "Emerald Isle PCB 2103" for availability.

A great location on PCB, our unit was rented through Vacasa. Unit had everything, office staff, and ground staff, on-site most of the time if there were any questions. There was a very kind older woman, yellow security, short, long hair, who gave great recommendations and nature facts. Will be here again if I'm ever coming to this area.

Beautiful beach as always. Rip currents were very high so the water access was limited at times during this weekend. Nevertheless I had a great time and got lots of sun!

This resort does the job. They have 2 pools and a big hot tub at the beachfront. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The gym is very small and 2 is a crowd, but if you're lucky, it's not busy, and you can get a little workout in. The parking was great too, as it's a covered garage, located under the condos.
The condo itself (408) is absolutely beautiful, with high quality furniture and super cute tiles on the bathroom floors, and the view from the huge balcony is amazing! The cleaning crew does a great job. It was very clean when we arrived.
We'll be back next year!

Location is perfect. On quieter west end but still so close to everything you could possibly want or need. The room was beautiful and updated and the entire condo was well maintained. Security was seen often checking property. Plenty of parking. The staff were all kind and helpful. They had great chair service. Jet ski, parasail and banana boats were a close walk down to participate in. The beach area and pool was never over crowded and the beach was spectacular. Amazing experience.

Stayed here twice and both times were awesome! Rooms are clean and up to date and location is awesome for us. (West side of the beach kind of away from all the crazy traffic) Never had any problems from the security like was mentioned in other reviews. The security personnel we interacted with were professional people who were very helpful when we needed it. The parking is a little tight on the beach side but the parking deck across the street has a nice covered walkway to get you across the road. Never had trouble finding parking there.

We stayed July 15-23rd and our stay was absolutely wonderful. I want to start with security since I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about them. We had no issues, they were all so friendly! So was the cleaning staff for the common areas! We spent time in the pools, hot tub, grill area and walking through for the beach daily. Everyone was so friendly!!! We stayed in unit 1210 which was perfect for our family of 4. Elevators were a minimal issue on the first day with so many checking in but the rest of the stay was fine. Views from the balconies are beautiful! We seen dolphins playing daily.

Our condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a beach vacation.

Everything was so nice. The room was extraordinary and large balcony topped it off. The resort had two pools one heated and large hot tub and sauna. Was situated close to the beach. Miramar beach is very beautiful any time of the year. I would book there anytime, loved it!

Wonderful! I'm not sure why there are complaints about security. I was made to feel very welcome. Carolyn (Caroline) at the front desk is precious! She answers the phone with joy. And my interaction with her was great! She seems to really care that you have a wonderful time while you are here.

And the young man putting up umbrellas and chairs is friendly, engaging, and attentive.

This was a great condo. Right on the beach, it was nice and quiet, east to get everywhere and, amazing views!!

Security comes up alot in a negative light. We personally had no issues with any of the security staff they were all pleasant and nice! The whole area was clean and felt safe. Pool areas were amazing! Views were perfect! The only complaint is traffic and congestion it was horrible more so with construction. We stayed in 904 and the host (Helen Phillips)was awesome as well as the condo was clean well upkept and felt cozy, she also has multiple condos onsite there and in that area. I also 10/10 recommend the sea screamer dolphin tour Captain Cody and Deck hand Bo made the experience so much fun for the entire group.

We have stayed here several times and will most likely return. It is the ideal beach vacation spot. The check in and out are super easy. The grounds are always immaculate! The personnel that are on duty are super nice and helpful. You won't regret your stay! We booked this years stay through Sand Seeker Vacations. We recommend checking them out! Very nice and clean place will stay again

The more mature family clientele is very laid back. Grand parents, children and grandchildren are common. The multi-year returning guest respect the owner/residents and take care the units as if they are their own.

Great location right on the beach with beautiful sunset views! Very clean condo and tons of extras in the kitchen including a Kuerig coffee maker and air fryer. Located on the 4th floor so never a long wait for elevators. Close to plenty of restaurants and a 5-minute drive to Pier Park. Host was very responsive to questions and quickly fixed an issue with the sliding glass door out to the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Linda and Ken were gracious hosts!. Condo stocked with whatever you needed right at the beach. On the less congested side of town. Highly RECOMMEND!!

Overall superb! This is a family favorite to stay! Multiple elevators with minimum wait time. Clean and friendly environment. Room 1503 private owner is our favorite to book with.
